Pocket Door Superstore Avis

After an initial review the company contacted me and we resolved the issue with me returning the order and getting a full refund. This is actually the second time ordering from this company and I do plan on using them for a future project. Overall a good experience.

I have not opened the packages and will not be using the purchase until my custom doors are ready. The purchase procedure was easy and delivery was fast. Will have to wait until the destination area is ready and the doors have arrived to begin the installation.

All around great experience. Easy to build and install. Great instructions

Rylan was great with responsiveness and provided quick, complete answers to questions. Very helpful. The unit arrived today, so I can’t comment yet on installation aspects. It appears on first glance everything I ordered is here and in good shape and as advertised.

The customer service was extraordinary. Ordering and scheduling delivery was great. Ryland was extremely helpful and communicated regularly. Delivery was quick and easy.

Great communication. Very thoughtful customer service. Outstanding!

Comprehensive On-Line shopping
Timely shipping
Shipping packed well & no damage

Had the exact pocket door system we were looking for with fast shipping and great customer support.

The web experience was straightforward in understanding the options and ordering process. The execution and delivery was also rapid . I've yet to assemble the frames as they just arrived and the space to install is a week or two away and install but the process there too appears undaunting save for my skills.

A superior product compared to big box store selection. Easy assembly and even the most novice DYI homeowner can install with a little bit of attention to detail.

We learned about the Eclisse motion 4. Emotion pocket door through the website. We are so grateful for the guidance and expertise provided during our conversations with Rylin who helped us with all of the parts we needed for the single pocket door with automatic open/close. We are so excited about our purchase! Rylin, thank you again for all of your help. It is a pleasure doing business with you and we definitely will refer others to you with confidence! We also plan to install another in our home in the near future,

Great service by far had one issue these were very professional fixed the problem will encourage ours to buy from them they stand behind all orders … which is very appreciated with the online shopping community

The double pocket door kit had to be exact size and spec in order to fit the allotted space. I confirmed via text that my order could fit a 30” x 80”. The kit was not the right size. The return of the kit is not 100% reimbursable and I was asked to cover the return shipping fee (which is exorbitant). I was then asked to return it to Home Depot. Not good business all around. Now I am stuck with a $900 kit I cannot use. I am suggesting to my entire network to purchase doors elsewhere.

everything was so easy to install and we love the door, the look and the operation of the door was smooth

We installed two pocket doors on a project and one of the pieces went missing on site. I reached out to Eclisse and they sent the piece, no questions asked.
Great customer service!

We've had a great experience with Pocketdoorsupersotore.com. We needed an exchange due to ordering the incorrect item, and their customer service representative couldn't be more helpful. The exchange was an easy and speedy process. Our carpenter said the pocket door kit we bought (BIAS DS 0354) was the best he's ever installed. Highly recommend pocetdoorsuperstore.com

I had earlier some concerns about my return inquiry response. However, after talking to Ben, those concerns have been fully addressed.

I have been so far very happy with the promised delivery time, quality of product and inquiry for clarifications.

I picked this company after an extensive Google search. I was looking for a 26inch pocket door which could be delivered on time and with good quality. Pocket Door Superstore was just about the only company that had so many customizable options (eg. lots of width options including the 26inch I was looking for). It also had the soft close option I really liked. So, I ended up picking this company, and I am pleased with the selection.

I also had ordered the privacy lock which is of a very good quality, but had to return it as I was looking for a black finish that matches the rest of the black fixtures in my bathroom.

One suggestion to the company is to offer more color finishes for the privacy lock as their products will be used in high end bath room remodeling projects.

Overall, I recommend this company for anyone looking for quality customizable pocket doors.
