Enttäuscht von der Haltung von Podigee
Es gibt Firmen, die transparent kommunizieren und Erinnerungen vor der Verlängerung eines Abonnements senden und es gibt Firmen, wie Podigee, die ohne weitere Erinnerung abbuchen und sich hintern ihren AGBs verstecken. Wenn man erklärt, dass man den Podcast leider aufgeben musste und davon ausgegangen sei, eine Erinnerung vor der nächsten Abbuchung zu erhalten, schickt Marion lediglich einen allgemeinen Email-Textbaustein mit der Bemerkung, dass wir unsere Kündigung jederzeit rückgängig machen können. Danke für die konstruktive Antwort, Marion. Nun zahlen wir 1 Jahr lang für eine Dienstleistung, die wir nicht nutzen können.

i love the publishing flow
i love the publishing flow. but it's just forms, right? yes AND they give me the possibility to work parallel (uploading AND filling out the forms in the same time). so i am fast, it's stable, it has nice features like the headliner teaser, the publishing is smooth to all the podcast providers and the analytics are nicely reduced to what i need to know.
AND the support is fast and always in a good supporting mood!
AND pricing is fair and affordable.
I host 5 podcasts and in some i collaborate with co-hosts in some i am by myself. all easily possible.
love you guys since many years!

Ich verteile jetzt seit einem Jahr…
Ich verteile jetzt seit einem Jahr meinen Podcast über Podigee und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Plattform. Bis jetzt habe ich zweimal den Kundensupport benötigt und mir wurde immer innerhalb von 24 Stunden problemlos weiter geholfen.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und bleibe auch weiterhin Kunde!

Great Service
Podigee is absolut easy to handle and very user friendly. We never had any issues in almost three years of Podcast hosting. And the one issue we had was resolved to our full satisfaction due to their great customer service.
We released an episode a day early and when we recalled the episode we accidentally recalled the entire Podcast. We realized this after a day and the support helped us immediately not only to reactive the Podcast but also to set everything back to the original start date, which ist important for statistics and so on.
Support was very proactive and helpful.

Mein Podcast ist direkt aufrufbar nachdem ich es online stelle.
Wie jeder Anfänger, hatte ich Fehlern gemacht, auch hierbei ist mir sehr schnell geholfen worden.
Die Preise finde ich angemessen. Für Anfänger sowie für Profis.

Schnell und einfach zum Podcast
Podigee macht es mir als Podcaster sehr leicht. Das Interface ist gut und nachvollziehbar gestaltet, die Preise sind fair und man muss sich - wenn man so wie ich nicht so viel Ahnung von der technischen Seite hat - um nichts kümmern.
Ich habe auch schon mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt gehabt und da wurde mir auch immer schnell, freundlich und kompetent geholfen. Ich bin dankbar, dass es Podigee gibt!

Leider ist das Interface aber etwas "veraltet" - aber wenn das so wird wie der neue Player dann können aus den 4 Sternen auch bald 5 werden.
