The best customer service experience
I don’t normally write reviews but had to for this. I had an issue with a product I brought in store and reached out to their customer service team. They were extremely helpful friendly and went above and beyond to reconcile the issue with a replacement and a gift. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered and thoroughly enjoyable products. A big shoutout to Emily on the sales team I hope your team sees this and responds positively. Many thanks. I still haven't received my delivery
I still haven't received my delivery, due to an "unexpected issue in my area." The same thing happened last time. The product was great, but the delivery company haven't delivered it (again.)

Pod Salt’s Virginia Gold is a triumph!
Pod Salt’s. Virginia Gold is a superb, premium tobacco e-liquid. It is smooth, tasty and enjoyable to vape, with a subtle, complex tobacco flavour and a hint of vanilla. It is a very satisfying vape that I happily use all day. It lacks the cloying sweetness of other juices and retains the complexity of a good tobacco. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
