Missing Items
Ordered 12 tubs in total, once the order arrived I found that only 10 tubs had been sent out, even though this company’s selling point is they send an extra tub out, I get 2 less than ordered. Contacted customer service who have just completely ignored me. Do NOT use this company
Email sent 14th Jan no response, reforwarded email to sales contact now

Exceptional
I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences whenever I’ve purchased from this company. Not only are their prices consistently more affordable than others, but their customer service truly sets them apart. They’ve created a vibrant community on their platforms where enthusiasts can connect, share, and discuss, which adds so much value to the experience.
This has become my go-to place for buying snus, and I can’t see myself going anywhere else. Thanks to their consistently great service, I’ve recommended them to several friends, all of whom have been just as impressed as I am. Highly recommend!
