I like that navigating through the app…
I like that navigating through the app is quicker than most other sportsbook apps. I like the pointsbetting option, also.
I don't like the lag in the live betting. Many times, I've clicked on a bet, entered my bet amount, hit submit, hit confirm and then the line has changed dramatically. I had to un-check the "auto accept line changes" button.
Also, I wish I could add my bets to my bet slip and have the ability to click or un-click certain bets to make a parlay. BetMGM has this option and I like it. On PointsBet, I have to delete the bets from my bet slip completely and then go back and find the game again to add it back for a different parlay. I hope that makes sense.

You asked me to take time out of my day…
You asked me to take time out of my day to screenshot and email you my VIP status at other sites and then refused to status match.
You told me to bet more to receive a status upgrade. I increased my bets until you limited a bet. And you still never gave me anything in return.
The only conclusion I can draw based on the way you've handled this situation is that being ahead about $300 is preventing my progress.
Are your VIP programs only for consistent losers?
Your actions are telling me that you would prefer I take the majority of my action elsewhere. So be it.
EDIT (4/20/23):
Pointsbet pubicly replied below with some boilerplate that says "please email us and we'll make this right."
They lied. I emailed them a second time and they made no effort to "make things right." Since then, things have only gotten worse.
They have since continued to limit my bets and they told me straight out that they will no longer offer me any promos of any kind. (Apparently, promos are only for losing players.) They used to let me bet a few thousand per game. Now, I'm lucky if they let me bet $10.

Pros and Cons
Pros: Really nice interface for the most part. Easy to place bets. Solid customer support service. Quick money in and quick money out.
Cons: Terrible teaser odds on 6 pt. Teasers! Most places -120 not -140. Much better odds at other books. Makes it impossible for any long term winning. Not enough bet variety. I hear bets at other books in podcasts that I cannot make at Pointsbet. Occasionally hard to tell what a promotional bet's terms are. When you're out of state you cannot even look at your account. Of course you can't bet but you can't even login to see what bets you have placed. Annoying.

Since betting was live on 9/1 in Kansas, I have made a whopping $165. This book is ridiculous and is limiting bets at $2 and is by far the worst option in Kansas and should be replaced with a different book.

Beautiful App. Devoid of Fun or Interesting Bets
It's not this time. It's that the boosts have been taken away. If you're going to take the boosts away and have low limit promotions then you're not competitive. I made it withdrawal today for my account and do not plan to redownload points bet despite it having one of the nicer app experiences in the marketplace.

PointsBet may not always have the best…
PointsBet may not always have the best bet prices, but the simplicity of their app makes it easy to navigate and bet on any game. I also enjoy the customer promos that a lot of other sportsbooks do not offer. These promos keep me more dedicated to PointsBet and makes me want to place bets on their site if bets prices are the same at numerous books.

On suoerbowl Sunday about 8 of my pending plays just vanished. Then I had a Travis kelce td anytime to win and it won money was placed in my account. The following day the money was gone and the play was then pending. I had to spend my lunch hour emailing and chatting why this happened I felt robbed of my winnings and felt they were trying to keep my winnings. They don't offer me enough bonuses or free plays for the amount of money I spend. Unless they comp me for this issue I'll probably take my action elsewhere. Very unhappy about my plays disappearing then my win money taking away and money taking away and play pending. Had that disappeared I'd be fighting for my money . It was very uncomfortable feeling. Not one bit happy.
