I ordered at February 16 and today is Abril 11.

Scam, ordered two months ago. No response when inquired as to progress. Expensive lesson

Never got my card in 6 weeks and no information is provided via email. No tracking information, nothing. Very disappointed because the card designing tool is very helpful.

The card design is old, plus, you really can't do any much on it!

I ordered my card the 8th of August, and have yet to recieve it.

Everything seems official, and you even get confirmation emails. Yet it never came. Waste of money.

Schneller Versand und hochwertige Verarbeitung. Etwas teurer als erwartet, aber das individuelle Design ist es absolut wert. Werde ich für besondere Anlässe wieder kaufen.

Ich war mir nicht sicher, was mich erwarten würde, aber ich bin so froh, dass ich bestellt habe! Die Karte sieht unglaublich aus. Mein Freund war von der Personalisierung wirklich sehr gerührt.

Generally a pretty good experience with them. I was really sceptical at first as I had no confirmation email that my order was being dispatched and received no tracking info, and when I checked this Trustpilot page I'd realised that a lot of others have experienced this.

However, this is not a scam. I've received my product fully and got exactly what I ordered. It did take a lot longer to get to me than I expected, but luckily I was patient enough to wait it out and hope the good reviews were right.

They don't respond to any emails though, so don't even bother attempting with that.

Overall, I can't fault them for their products, I think it's a really innovative idea. I just think they may be dropshippers or something as they seem to lack with the communication department regarding dispatch and tracking dates and etcetera.

Thought my card wouldn't arrive, but arrived in the end and the quality is amazing. The waiting times for the arrival were longer then what was written on their site, but it was worth the wait after all!

This does make realistic cards, but only up until Black and White feels limited. Add BREAK templates and the HeartGold SoulSilver (LEGEND included) templates.

Habe meine Bestellung oder den extra bezahlten Trackinglink NIE erhalten. Geld wurde über Paypal zurück verlangt.
Es wird auf nichts reagiert mehrere email geschrieben alle werden ignoriert
und Ware erhält man auch nicht. Absolute abzocke .

I ordered 2 cards and payed for them in advance. I only received one card. There was never any feedback or respond to my mails. Would not recommend!

Order 2 months in advance!
First of all, the card looks great.
But I had to wait 2 months for my order, never got a tracking code & no replies on my emails.
Great product, really bad service.
If you're concidering to buy this for a birthday coming up, don't trust the delivery info on the site. It'll take 2 almost months.

Absolute horrible service, but they deliver.
I ordered a few cards somewhere in the middle of March, and I just got it today. Before this, I tried to contact them but none of their emails were actually in use, except for one. When I actually sent the email, I never got a response back. Then out of nowhere I got an email back saying that my package in on its way. That's funny because I already thought that I got scammed. But it's not over yet. Because I paid for track and trace delivery, and even in the email it said that there should have been a track and trace code. But there wasn't. After like a month and a half, I finally received my package. So, if you are willing to accept that you might have to wait 2 months before you get it and are ready to have no way possible of contacting them, then you should definitely buy your cards here. Because the quality is actually good and I have no problem with the product itself. Just horrible service.
