Ordered an item 21st June over 6 weeks later, no item and no contact from the numerous emails sent. Lesson learned don’t trust this one!

So upon sending messages to this company about concerns I have about other people saying they got messed around for products taking long to come etc I put order though on paypal which got cancelled straight away due them not even having a paypal set up to which they already told me they cancelled them self's how can you cancel a paypal order when the link on there own website says they don't own a paypal to which they then told me to use a debit card 1 million percent scammers I bet money if you was to use a debit card you wouldt receive and you definitely would not be getting your money back lucky enuff we cancelled on paypal.

Saw an add on Facebook and decided to place an order, similar to other reviews, I received an email stating they didn’t anticipate the amount of orders they’d receive and were out of stock on all the items I ordered but were expecting another shipment within the next week or two. Waited patiently before finally responding to them requesting my order be cancelled if the items were still out of stock. A few days later I get a shipment notification. As another commenter stated the items came packaged really well, everything was intact. The quality is pretty solid too. Wife was happy with her gift.
My advice would be to not order from them around the holidays. While the 15% off code was nice, communication would have been far more better. I was super close to contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Please do better.

I ordered for Christmas presents and received a sketchy email saying they had oversold them and my order would be delayed. The email also included a code for 15% off another order as an apology if I ordered more in the next 72 hours. RED FLAG. I tried contacting customer service multiple times and no one ever responded. I never received the items or any further correspondence and disputed it with my credit card company as a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Received 3 glass poke balls (buy 2 get 1 free also) ordered5/11/23 - received on 20/12/23. Bit of a wait but very well packaged and great quality items. Would buy from again and recommend to friends and family.

Was worried it wasn’t legitimate as didn’t have any reviews online but took a chance and paid with credit card to cover myself. Well worth it for Xmas prezzies.
