What I valued most was how they connected the market trends to actual business implications - not just "here's what's happening" but "here's what it means for companies like yours." The interviews they conducted with industry experts added credibility to the findings. Delivery took slightly longer than initially quoted due to some scheduling challenges with their expert network, but they kept us informed throughout. The wait was worthwhile given the quality of insights we received.

Completely unprofessional and impatient behavior from them. They will send many emails within a couple of days for follow up and decisions and call you numerous times. When we decided not to pursue it, they ghost you. Clearly a scamming company!

They are the worst market research company - a total scam. We purchased the iPSC market report and the actual report did not reflect anything as was shown in the sample. The report contained nothing but complete nonsense and useless information. We did not expect such a deceitful lie from them. When we requested our money back many times, they not only refused to pay us back anything but also did not have the courtesy to send us a new report. We eventually not only lost our money but had to do the entire market research ourselves for months.

DO NOT GO TO THEM! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU.
