Loooooong wait time for food.
We love Polehill garden centre usually but this last time was absolute madness, the wait time for the restaurant was approximately an hour and a half, So we decided not to wait like many others.
We had travelled about 15 miles to get there.
Also the normally tasty hot chocolate has been replaced by a machine version that is nothing like the original and was sent back, others had complained and sent back too, it tastes disgusting now.
These are only little niggles because usually everything is great and that includes the very helpful and professional staff.

Multi-faceted garden centre with a good…
Multi-faceted garden centre with a good range of plants complimented with a wide range of other products and gifts. I can see why coaches come here. Friendly staff and some branded shops within (e.g. Pavers) also helps with things like click and collect. Ample free parking too which is as it should be. Perhaps better connectivity through other transport (more buses for those withou a car) but generally a good adventure. Food on site

The coffee shop is too small as sometimes we only want coffee and cake especially if the restaurant is busy but there are only a few tables.

Love this place for a day out!
I decided back in Sept to pop in as I was close by and have been back multiple times with the family, mooching about, having a cuppa or something to eat, popping in the food section and trying cheese and crisps…
Butchers is great too, lovely staff who love a good chat!

Good experience...
Good experience.... Nicely laid out with the usual Christmas dec's! And other goods instore! Good quick service and waiting time at the main cafe and at the till point, no queues....(even though busy)
