They have stellar customer service. I had ordered 2 products (my own fault) and within an hour, someone had reachd out to me and solved the issue for me. The agent was diligent and helpful and I couldn't be happier!

Thanks for the 5 Star review! We're happy you are enjoying your light!
Lightweight, Comfortable, and Powerful Headlamp
I recently purchased a headlamp from this company, and I am very satisfied with it. The headlamp is quite lightweight and sits comfortably on my head, making it easy to wear for extended periods. The light is excellent, providing strong and clear illumination.
If I had to suggest an improvement, I would say that a slightly wider focus would make it even better. However, the battery life is impressive, lasting a long time without needing frequent recharges. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Battery case fits Seven-Z but...
I took a chance ordering this battery case to replace the corroded case in my Nebo Seven-Z flashlight. The case fits but my flashlight only flashes a bit when turned on before it goes off again. Apparently, the corrosion did more damage to the flashlight's internals than I thought.
