I ordered 3 bottle of tartare sauce. When they arrived they were all days away from expiring. After emailing them to tell them this, they replied saying that the sauces were delivered with valid best before dates and that they meet the required standards for freshness and quality at the time of delivery. SHOCKING

Tracking just says we are expecting it.
No response to email.

Sent wrong products so I returned them. They don't refund return postage cost. DO NOT recommend!

I was ok to wait a bit longer for items to be delivered, they send me tracking number with Evri, however they never received my parcel for it to be delivered. It still says 'we are expecting your parcel'. I tried to contact them, they answer very slow and avoid my questions.
At this point I'm not even sure it's even a legit shop? I have feeling that they are SCAMMERS, AVOID. 10 days after still no sign of my order or any reply from them on where is it.

Package arrived safely and in good condition. Items came well packaged and in good time. I am pleased with my purchase.

I ordered my stuff on July, they promise shipping under 24h but they shipped right before septemper, they didn’t answer my messages or anything just blockked my email! When it finally arrived before november it was damaged and half of my products were too damaged to use. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

They said they will post it in 24H but it took ower a two months.

(I was worried when I read other reviews but everything was truly EXCELLENT so I am baffled..)

A disgraceful company. Having ordered several items, only one was shipped with an email stating that the other items were refunded. The one item was apparently delivered by Evri [Hermes] but was never located at my address. Email communication with the company just informed that there would be a refund for the unavailable items and my messages would be passed onto another department. So one order cost me the price of one small item plus delivery charge which never got to receive. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before my first, and last, order.

I received all the ordered items except ONE. The note in the parcel had the missing item marked as "REFUNDED". I waited 2 weeks for the refund then contacted them via email. They didn't reply. Then I contacted them via PayPal, again no reply. So I used the escalate issue option on PayPal and they just took the money from the seller and sent them back to me. I don't recommend buying anything on their website. I do recommend PayPal though, they're really effective.

They take your money and don't send your goods, even though they claim they dispatch in 24hrs. They don't reply to emails to their customer service address so there's no way of contacting them. Nearly £16 wasted. Avoid at all costs.
