Polkadot Plumbers Avis

Anwar & Jack - unmatched communication and speedy response times! Would highly recommend.

Luke the plumber does what it says on the tin
top job by top man

Always reliable, a first class service for both plumbing and electrical.

Friendly, on time, explained everything, and didn't mind when I had to call them back later on. Would definitely recommend Peter.

Have used Polkadot several times in the past, and have always found them a reliable firm which provides excellent service.

First time I’ve used this firm of plumbers and was impressed.
Friendly and trustworthy.
Efficient and professional.
Did what was required for a very good price.
Overall - I’m delighted.

It took a little time to organise the appointment and to get the quote, but from that point the communication was great. Both engineers who visited were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They discussed different approaches and identified some additional ways to improve the heating system. Recommended.

Excellent service. Trustworthy and punctual.

We’ve used Polkadot a few times and generally it’s 5*. Our latest shower fix took a few visits to get right (I have taken off a * for that) but Polkadot were extremely responsive with every repeat visit request and very reasonable with not charging us for remedy work. Our shower has ended up back in perfect working order and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Polkadot again.

I have been using this conpany for a number of years and my 2 sons are now on board as well. This company is nothing but professional and diligent. Over the years they have done an excellent job from servicing to changing my heating system. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service from an articulate and personable engineer. He answered all my questions clearly and patiently.

Quick and clean work. Very helpful

Paul was excellent - great service

Nice friendly staff who did a thorough job servicing our boiler. Will definitely use them again

Professional, helpful, quick, efficient and very polite. This is not the first time we're using them and every time great experience!

Professional, helpful, resourceful. Gave sound advice and went extra mile to advise on best practice.

Polkadot are fantastic. I’ve needed to use them for a number of different (both planned and emergency) jobs in both London and the Cotswolds and have been extremely impressed by their efficiency, quality of work and their communication. Thank you guys!

We have used Polkadot plumbers a few times now and they are always quick, professional and effective. This time we had an underfloor heating pump that stopped working and the plumber quickly diagnosed the issue, bought a new pump and installed it. All was done within 1.5 hours. He was also thorough in checking the rest of the system, bleeding radiators etc to make sure everything was in working order before he left. Finally, he was clear in communication and polite, for instance also taking his shoes off in the house. Would thoroughly recommend!
