I have ordered 2 items and only received one. I have emailed them couple times and I have never got any reply.

Ordered form them few times so can say they are not scammers. Anyway, rated only 2 stars because they offering a standard delivery or next day delivery for extra charge. Last 2 orders received nearly week later. That’s the only problem with this company I’ve experienced. And it’s a shame. Waiting 4 days already on my NEXT DAY DELIVERY…

I paid 40 paunds in February for meds. Till this day I haven't seen what I ordered. Tried so many times to contact the staff via email but they seems not to care. Never again.

Scammers!!! Never again…! Waiting for about 3 weeks and the item still not arrived. Ignoring emails and phone calls.. I am glad I didn’t spend too much. Disgusting! Shame on you.
People, don’t pay other than PayPal coz you’re not going to see your money again…!

Scam. Good contact until I’ve made a payment, there was no contact at all. Tablets never received. I asked for the tracking number several times, but received no answer. I initially thought it looked suspicious, but I needed antibiotics, so I had to try. I should have been more cautious, as the person contacting me could hardly type a polish word without orthographic mistakes. Avoid.

Dostałem co zamówiłem, wszystkie leki z co najmniej dwu letnim exp date.
Bardzo miły i pomocny kontakt telefoniczny.
Jedyne czego mi zabrakło to email po zaplaceniu z tracking number(otrzymałem go przez tel.) i potwierdzeniem wpłaty, no i samą forme płatności można by zmienić na bardziej przejrzystą.
Ogólnie polecam i jeśli zajdzie potrzeba to wrócę.

I thought it is worth to mention that they are genuine online Pharmacy. I've ordered couple of hard-to-get medicines for next day delivery and they've arrived the following day with Royal Mail Special Delivery.
The bank transfer they offer looks very dodgy at first glance and they need to offer safer way to pay, but they've fulfilled my order as expected.
I can recommend, but please improve your payment options.

Used the website once to buy a medication and the medication never reached. When emailed the customer service they said it was sent and delivered and to check with neighbours. I checked and no one got anything. I emailed again to ask what courier was it and who signed the postage and about a refund as they should have the parcel insured in case of something like that. Never received any reply. Asked for the complainant to be escalated and it was completely ignored. I rarely leave reviews yet this company was the worst and their way of dealing with customers is extremely poor.
When it comes to complaint there is no one to reply bit to take money they were fast.
