Mostly good overall

The pre-sale service was very good, with samples provided very quickly. The quotation process and delivery arrangements were all quite good. My only gripe is that we built a structured based on the profile based one of the samples provided, but Polyguru no longer sell this version. It should have been a lot clearer as we set the rafters up for that higher profile but the sheet we chose only came in low profile. It is on the website as a code (LP for Low Profile), but it really should have been made clearer when providing samples.

Product was delivered in full and in the expected timing.

My dealings with this company was 100 percent positive. Always answered phone , if not called back within ten minutes. Able to answer all my questions about product, very knowledgeable. Impeccable customer service on phone and our order was dealt with in a prompt and timely manner.

I just needed a couple of sheets of poly corrugated materials and placed this order through Polyguru. The process was seamless and easy. I live in Brisbane so I arranged to collect this from their depot at Geebung. The guys out there were so very very helpful. Special shout out to Matt for going out of his way to assist. Highly recommend!

It was easy to order on line. I like the options to pick up or deliver. The pick up option was also easy. The personal over the phone very helpful and happy to help. The product is good and if not cheap, it's reasonable.

It’s a week later, and I still don’t have the product. I had no communication whatsoever from the stage or ordering, it until nearly a week later. When I got a phone call about it being delivered Friday just after lunch it is now Saturday and I’ve not heard a word. I have been asked for this review and I still don’t have the product.

Some communication on the delivery schedule would have been nice but I had 2 weeks spare so why mention it.

I had a small job to do to replace some old clear roofing that had been damaged by hail. Not only was the supplier cheaper than Bunnings but they cut it to size for no cost. They were very quick to turn around my small order, very pleasant to deal with - all in all a very pleasant experience.

Better value than other suppliers. Prompt delivery. Would have liked a rough delivery day and time.
