We are sorry to hear that your order was not delivered on time. This is the first we have heard about this delay and we have now been able to react immediately by contacting our carrier to find out why they haven't delivered your parcel as expected. Our carrier has said that your parcel got lost in the depot which led to this unexpected delay. Your parcel was eventually located and delivered to you last week As you will now see from your delivery note, your order was dispatched from Poolstore UK on time for a next working day delivery. We are sorry again that this didn't happen and as you have ordered from us before you will know that 99% of the time our carrier does get our parcels delivered on time.

Poor delivery experience
The first order didn’t arrive the next day so I couldn’t get my pool open for my son’s birthday.
The second order had 2 of the 3 items missing.
It’s your courier DHL that’s to blame for the first order. They said they couldn’t get access to the property, which was a lie. They later conceded they simply couldn’t be bothered to follow the diversion around road works that wouldn’t have taken them any longer to get to me.

We are discussing the matter with our local DHL depot to investigate why the DHL driver didn't follow the diversion. As you are a long-standing customer of ours you will appreciate that these cases of incompetence with delivery drivers are not that regular. Your back-order of 2 missing items was dispatched the following day and delivered to you on our next working day service. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this caused you.

This product (Perfectly clear) is a game changer for me.
I was recommended it by a friend who’s business is water management in all situations ie pools aquariums etc.
I did a glass test of my spa water before adding the Perfectly Clear and was amazed afterwards at how the product had lumped together all the small particles that were causing the cloudiness.
A note of caution however… it is wise to underestimate the amount you are using in the water as it is so effective that it can jam up the filters but that is only testament to how effective it is.

Competitively-priced for pool chemicals
Competitively-priced for pool chemicals. Website is good, and ordering easy. My chlorine tablets came very quickly. However, the boxes were left in the middle of the drive, nowhere near the house, and could easily have been stolen. No-one rang the bell to say they were there and their time of arrival was not as promised. I alerted Poolstore and this was part of their reply:
'It's true that delivery experiences can vary depending on location, and while some customers may have had occasional challenges, DHL generally performs well. Additionally, the specific requirements for chemical deliveries can limit our pool of potential partners.'
Can't say I found that very helpful....
