Refusing to refund for an item that arrived damaged - awful customer service - where's the loyalty I have ordered twice before but will never agin!!

Easy to use website, size guides really helpful and lots of lovely items to choose from. This is my second order and both times have been really happy with the service, product quality and choice for my pooch! Would definitely recommend.

Really lovely little jacket for my rescue Pomeranian. She has alopecia so needs to keep warm outside during winter months and the puffer jacket does just that. Love the metal hoops on the top for attaching her lead too. It’s simple to get in and off which is a huge bonus as she’s very aggressive when being handled so this simple step in and zip up design makes it so much easier. I bought this to replace her last one which I got from Etsy so when I couldn’t find the seller on Etsy this year I was disappointed but happy to find that they have their own website now and I can buy direct.

Amazing service with the local delivery but also the jumpers I got for my dogs are lovely! Very warm and easy to get on and off without any stress. Would recommend definitely!

The toy bag is nice quality and it was easy to get personalised. We can fit lots of the kittens toys into it. It was delivered quickly and efficiently.

I ordered a harness for my dog which was delivered very quickly. It was beautifully made in quality fabric, was a tiny bit too small but Victoria was so helpful. I posted it back and as soon as she received it she sent a larger size which I received the next day. Excellent customer service. I will definitely buy again from Pops and Coco.

Met at the Heckington Show, didnt have what I wanted there, found it on web page, ordered it when I got home and arrived 2 days later. Very good service :-)
