Do not order from this company. I placed on order on the 26th February, for 2 facial brushes as they were on offer (2 for the price of 1) do not be drawn in this is a scam. They will take your payment...and you may eventually receive something weeks or months later, but only receive one low quality brush. No replies to my emails or requests for a refund. This site should be taken down! So beware, spend your money elsewhere

I placed an order (2x brush) on 27th February, and here I am on 2nd April with no product. Tracking detail hasn't changed in that time, and there are no responses to my follow-up emails. The order confirmation came from a Gmail account- red flag.
Annoyed with myself for believing their Irish company claim too.

Definitely been scammed. I ordered the special 2 for 1 brush on 5th March. I’m still waiting for the brushes.
I’ve sent emails to enquiry and no feedback at all! I also realised it’s a ‘gmail’ account which is furthermore suspicious. When I try track my order it’s states “order not found”
Do not believe the website, or its reviews. FAKE!

Should have read the reviews, I do for holidays and eating out. So emails have been ignored and no product delivered. I HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS AND SAVES THEMSELVES SOME MONEY.

Please do not purchase from them. I purchased 2 facial brushes in January 2026 and they are now taking a subscription on a monthly basis for 2 brushes every month! At no stage did I sign up for a subscription to receive brushes on a monthly basis.

Ordered a brush on 5th March. Still waiting for delivery 3 weeks later. No update from company

Scam?! Ordered on 24th of February. Tracking states order doesn’t exist. Two emails to support and no response. I think I’ve been scammed…

I ordered this item on the 8th February and after numerous emails I finally received the item this morning. I had bought it in a buy one get one free and only received the one. To be honest I’m not even going to bother to try and get the second one as my previous emails were answered by either a generic reply or ignored. The item came directly from China and not the Irish company I was lead to believe. Dreadful company

Such false advertising. It's such a cheap product. It's impossible to find out how to return it. It was sold to me that I get a lovely book on lymphatic drainage too... It never arrived. The packaging was cheap and it's from China. It even states on the packaging it's a plastic brush worth around €1!!! I've been duped. Never again. Such a disappointment.

I would rate this company as 0 if I could! I placed an order via an Instagram post back in February. I still haven’t received the product and have had no response to my emails. This has to be a SCAM so will be contacting my bank to get a refund. Appalling company! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. If only we could report them to the police or an official body to have them and anyone involved with this type of scam prosecuted.

I presume this website is a scam as I ordered three weeks ago and nothing has arrived and no way of getting in touch with anyone. Avoid at all costs.

This is a scam website. Items never arrived months later and no response from them. I am trying to get my money back.

Only bought from them as thought was from Ireland , don’t fall for scam . From China , still waiting for the delivery of mine 6 weeks ago !

Possibly the worst company I have ever bought from. If I could rate it lower I would, theh charged me twice and I have emailed them 3 times looking for a refund and no reply from anyone. The original parcel took up to 3 weeks to come with customer service saying they were busy. So so poor & unprofessional- avoid at all costs.

Terrible. Ordered this brush a month ago to supposedly receive it in 5 days...29 days passed and still no brush, no notification that Irish posed received it and no response to my email

Avoid. I just got my order from January order. Sane one on temu for 2.99. Just received email about my subscription charge. If you bought this, block further payments now.

Avoid!!!! Not an Irish company. I was waiting two months for my order. When it didn't arrive I emailed the company. I was told the item had been delivered and to take my complaint to An Post. My return email stipulated that under EU law, that I was entitled to a full refund as my contract was with the seller and not An Post. It was up to them to contact An Post, not me. I never received a reply. Porefect is a total scam. I never received my order or a refund.
