Took car in. On 9th Feb.tohave a replacement bonnet release switch.which was done while I waited.nice to deal with a company that knows what they are doing .a very profession company.happy to recommend them.

I was nervous as I had my GT3 RS in for an MOT on Friday the 13th. But I had nothing to worry about. Everything went well and the team also made time in their diary late notice to install an exhaust for me. Even offered to clean the car before collection.

All brilliantly sorted after being locked out by fixed steering lock

I have used Porsche Specialist Services over the past couple of years and I can honestly state that they are brilliant in all they do and a massive improvement to the Porsche dealerships that I have used in the past. They apply their knowledge and expertise in a most efficient and customer centric manner and no problem is too difficult. Keith has built a very impressive team and they are always helpful and courteous.

My first experience of these guys after I bought my car in October, and was looking for somewhere to look after my 911. The car was booked in for an oil change and my experience was great. - with the work taking about an hour. Would definitely take my car back again

Fast and friendly service. Managed to fit me in within good time. Service and MOT were carried out within the time specified.
Had a very small problem that I had to return with, not the fault of the garage, but they sorted it as quickly as possible.
Very friendly and approachable and will be happy to return for my next service and MOT.

I have been a customer with Porche Specialist Services for a few years now. When I first used them the staff were welcoming and polite also knowledgeable..on my most recent visit I collected my broken ignition key fully repaired and serviceable..all within quoted time frame Always a pleasure to visit their premises

Called to book my Porsche 911 GTS for a service and Tracy booked me as soon as they had availability - they are busy and reflects the great work and care they take with the vehicles they work on. Arrived on the day (waiting booking) and they completed the work as promised and resolved an issue that came up during the work. The service I received was over and above what I’d received at my local Porsche Service Centre (Porsche East London) and I can only commend the service provided by the whole team. Special mention to Tracy at reception and Keith, who always seems to have time to be helpful.

Car was taken down by friend for repair, which had taken months for some reason, then two different bills was produced. Two years later they now have logbook in there name and trying to sell my car without trying to contact me at all, avoid at all costs.

Was very happy with the service I received when having my car serviced as well as some major repairs. Didn't try ripping you off like a lot of garages do.

I had a speed sensor failure the day before I was due to leave for a road trip to LeMans Classic, the car was throwing up all the errors! I rung PSS and they diagnosed and fixed within an afternoon. Now I'm out of warranty I'll be moving all my servicing to PSS. Thank you again for saving my road trip!!

Booked in for a basic oil and filter change on my Macan Turbo after an initial quote from the Porsche main dealer i have always used in the past.
PSS were able to book me in quickly, the work done while i waited and for around half the price of the main dealer. Great service and value.

This is my second time using PSS. The first was last year when my seatbelt broke the reciever on my way to get an MOT that I had left to the last minute! They were the only ones able to see me at short notice and fix the issue.

The last time was July 2025 where they fixed a leak found in my routin service.

They are professional, quick and reasonably priced. I will be going back for all my servicing and repair needs in the future

excellent commination and service

I had visited PSS at their old premises in Romford when I needed the centre locks tightened on my 991.1 GTS. They did this for free even though I had never had service work completed with them. That stuck in my mind and I decided to have my ‘23’ plate 992.1 serviced by them recently. At my request they used all original specification Porsche parts and updated the Porsche database to keep my warranty valid. The service was completed to a high standard and they cleaned the car too. PSS have a very good reputation and I would highly recommend them. The service was roughly £500 cheaper than what OPC wanted to charge me. In addition they are only a £10 taxi fare away from Chelmsford train station.

First time using PSS for my Cayene service. Very professional and easy to deal with. Happily recommend.
