Following a recommendation, I took my car in to Porsche Specialist Services for a replacement of outer drive shaft boots and 6k service. (a local garage never got back to me with a price for the work). Being a 993 with 150k miles on the clock I also asked them to give it a thorough check- over which they did. Phil gave me a honest appraisal which I was comforted by.

From booking my car with Tracy, to the very helpful feedback about the work that was required and what could wait. Fair pricing too. So much happier than taking to a Porsche dealer. Thanks guys!

Took my Porsche to my local OPC for a full used Porsche Approved check. I reported a knocking noise coming from the offside rear. I purchased the car from Alexander’s Prestige and it came with one of their warranties. The car was with the OPC for 3 hours and it passed the checks with a clean bill of health. On the way home I could still hear the knocking noise so I rang Alexander’s who within 5 minutes had got Cavendish to ring me. I took the car over straight away to Cavendish and Simon drove the car over a drain in his yard twice and heard the knocking straight away. He got a trolley jack and found that the offside rear spring had broken. All this within ten minutes !! They reported to Alexander’s who agreed for two new springs to be fitted under their warranty on the car and the car was back with me 2 days later. Great service from both Alexander’s and Cavendish. Needless to say I’m not impressed with the OPC and asked for my money back. Specialist all the way for me now for sales & service. The OPC did say that the springs would not have been covered under their used approved warranty !!

Very good experience. I needed the car back for an afternoon appointment and they completed the job on time, no extra costs, called me as soon as the car was ready and accommodated the request and I made the appointment. No complaints here.

I've used Porsche Specialist Services on a number of occasions. However again they have showed excellent customer service, 911 wouldn't start due to flat battery as been left for a long period. Ordered a new battery and fitted within a day at a reasonable cost. Will continue to use this fantastic company.

Small issue over the pricing for the recent service on my 718 Cayman as part prices had increased between the time i obtained the quote and time when the service was carried out. The price i was originally quoted was honoured, so very happy with the service i received, not to mention the c£900 saving of using a Porsche main dealership

I have an old 911 (944) that the team at Porsche Specialist have looked after from me for the last two years now. Like all old classic cars things wear out and generally decay and very helpfully the team created a program of works for me which enabled me to manage costs and prioritize the work. Great team, great service and hence thoroughly recommended

Great service. Repaired my Boxster after she failed mot on emissions. Identified problem as hole in exhaust back box. Quickly purchased and fitted new sports exhaust which I love and gave me her back all clean and shiny!
