RUN! I'd give zero stars if I could. This company sent me an open boxed, defective unit and then replaced it with a unit that had burnt flower and oil in it. Neither had the warranty sticker required by Dr. Dabber for warranty support.

The company blamed their distributor and has done nothing but give me the run around. I recently filed a credit card dispute because this isn't acceptable. and these fine people had the nerve to tell my bank that I am the scammer.

Newsflash - I've never had to file a dispute before in my life. Blaming your customers is a total cop out and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

He assured me that I wouldn't have anything to rip me off. I took a chance and with quick free shipping (arrived 3 days early) I got an unbelievable price on a Pax 3 (which is tough to find). They were very quick to reply through email, and worked really hard to get me a replacement for what I initially ordered.
