Very disappointed with the ultimate product. Rugs were more utilitarian than home decor. The edges were not finished. The surface fabric was attached to the rubber backing but one of the ones I ordered was already pulling away on a side. They look like the were cut off an a big roll of industrial carpeting.
Additionally, I paid $10 shipping for receiving my entire order and return shipping was deducted from my refund amount. They charged me $25.65 for the same box, the same number of rugs being shipped back. Probably would have been cheaper to ship the back myself. Not happy with the quality or business practices/customer focus.

Washed once on the gentle cycle in washing machine and rug completely delaminated and the top separated from the bottom. Very poor quality. Will be returning.

Privacy policy states will not sell your information. They sold mine. Sketchy and product not great. I posted a review and it was deleted / never posted. Don’t buy.

A+ for marketing but D- for everything else. I'm returning because the edges are unfinished and it looks cheap. They make it seem like it's high quality (it's not). They make it seem like returns are easy (they charge you shipping PLUS a $10 fee just because). Take your business elsewhere.

Slick marketing snd inferior product….marketing leads one to believe that these rugs are high quality when they probably cost one quarter the price to fabricate. Backing is cheap and overall appearance not at all worth the $$$. Won’t buy again.

I absolutely love these rugs. They do exactly as stated, Slip resistant, fit great under doors, and clean up great. I have the rubber outdoor mat for my front door but would love the new one but it is too pricey. The company has said exactly as I have . Thanks

Shipping was fast. The rugs arrive well-protected. They lay out flat in no time. SO EASY to clean. they are attractive yet slightly invisible.

We loved the Keya (Sand) runner purchased for a door that exits to the garage. It’s fabulous. Never shows dirt or specks of anything. Out of enthusiasm, we purchased the exact same one for the kitchen. Reality set in that it wasn’t a wow. The second was returned. We have loved your prompt return service. We’ve been thrilled to own two styles of the indoor/outdoor Innerweaves. They have a nice heft to them and love traffic!

Exactly what I was looking for. I needed a mat that was both slip-resistant and easy to clean; my special-needs dog has trouble on our hardwood floors, and this mat has prevented all kinds of slips and face-plants. With dogs, accidents happen, especially when we're not home. We hose it off and let it air-dry in the sun, and it's good as new.

I have purchased at least a half dozen Porte + Hall rugs. The low profile, ease of cleaning, and fun colors make them a great addition to any room. We have them in our front hall, mud room, kitchen, and deck.

These mats fall apart, they are not good in high traffic areas. The threading on the edges are separating and waterstains make it seems like it is always wet or dirty. I am extremely disappointed in the purchase. Do not recommend.

This company is a scam. The quality of the rugs is below Wal Mart, K-Mart, or any bargain bin company. They use social media to convince you that the rugs are high quality. The products are "manufactured in Italy" supposedly. Then, they ship you the lowest quality product that could possibly exist. Paid $10 for shipping. It came damaged and they wanted an ADDITIONAL $10 from me to return it. Even if it was not damaged there is absolutely no way I would keep such a low quality product. Do yourself a favor and put down paper towels - they are better and softer than this company's severely overpriced products. The other reviews are spot on. You pay $10 for shipping. Then, you pay $10 to ship it back. Then, they dock you $5 for some convenience or restocking fee. I can't believe a single person would ever keep what they sent me. Pathetic. Put them out of business!

I ordered two rugs, it took almost two weeks to get them and I am shocked how at how poor the quality is! I can't put these in my house! I would not buy from them!!!

Very disappointed in the quality of the rug and the "customer service" I've received. I've sent 3 emails and I've only received an automated response. This is NOT customer service! The quality of the rug is horrible. I could have saved myself $60 and purchased a rug at Walmart. What makes it worse is that I'm going to be charged $10 to return the rug. Why am I being charged because you product is inferior?

Not worth it. Overpriced, poor and limited pictures. Read the fine print. You PAY for shipping to you. You PAY for shipping to send it back and who knows what else. Incredibly overpriced mats. What's the point when they have no guarantee, they are a made up company just a new "super home decor outfit & all they do is mats and they don't even allow you to see if they are worth it without being charged for both shipping. But here's a useless coupon that will be eaten up in shipping.

Just another blowhard fake company selling Ikea mats for 10x the price.
