We were very impressed with the depth of knowledge Jake had on the various finance options available to us, for our unusual purchase. This was backed up with a very efficient service for financing options and amendments to suit our requirements. The process was enhanced by having Marie efficiently administering matters when the Solicitors started to slow .

We have been dealing with George Downton and from start to finish he has been brilliant. Communication is 10/10 with always responding quickly to emails or calls. Would highly recommend.

I can't talk highly enough of David at PL, he was an absolute star throughout the entire process. He was engaging, clear with communication(s), supportive, willing to go the extra mile I believe, clearly very knowledgeable and generally an all round nice guy.

Also I find many companies have stars so you think the company is great, then you work with someone else within that company and you have a different experience. So the fact that Mark was able to support in line with very high benchmark set by David is also a testament to wider team and firm. This doesn't seem to be the norm nowadays in my experience.

The combined team - both front end and underwriting were throughout our application - both responsive and extremely helpful.
