So after a month of being not prioritised,I was finally "approved and told in writing,not pre-Approved,,approved told congratulations You may look for cars and get back to me when you find one ! So a week goes past I'm looking for cars then I get a phone call saying I need to give them proof of a rental ledger I'm like,"What""why now" I could have been in the middle of purchasing a car how embarrassing 😳 so I had to muck around get this ledger and a letter stating I live here..which I did and a ledger..so I provided then was told,,no I need to provide a lease agreement..seriously all this after being approved...then I was treated like a liar told that I hadnt given right information as my rental office was closed due to flooding...they didn't believe me,when I was trying to explain I got hung up on by David,I spoke to a really nice man on Friday who understood my frustration,but unfortunately too little to late..have Bern mucked around for over a month now and I give up!! Too much of a muck around...thought they gave pensioners and low income people a fair go but nope! Was treated like a nothing and the lending Manager wouldn't even speak to me in the end..only emails ( didn't want to bother with me) very disappointed to say the least if your on a pension etc don't bother!! Your not a priority!! Glad I didn't go to Grafton to pick up a car I would have had to come back empty handed and very embarrassed

Nick was one of the best blokes to deal with very easy to understand and takes his time and goes above and beyond and the bloke sure knows what he’s talking about and all the ins and outs 110% recommend him
