I received the vegan collagen capsules in good time, prompt service and I like the eco recycling packaging.
The capsules are ok, easy to take but as with lots of supplements they have a bit of a whiff to them. Too soon to see any improvements as yet but we will see

I am very disappointed with this company. Not sure of the benefits but I had a subscription for their collavegsn and have used it for a long time. Recently I was informed I would have to pay postage unless I ordered two months supply at a time. How is that fair? I also note if you subscribe on Amazon to the same product it is £1 cheaper and you only have to pay monthly. So there are no benefits whatsoever to subscribing and being a loyal customer through the actual company. Also, customer service take eternity to reply.

As a small UK business, unfortunately we recently had to adjust our shipping policy for orders under £35 due to rising fulfilment and courier costs. Offering free postage on two-month subscriptions allows us to keep the product price stable without compromising on ingredient quality or UK manufacturing standards. That said, we completely understand that this won’t suit everyone.
In terms of Amazon pricing, the structure works quite differently to buying direct from us. Amazon controls promotions, subscription discounts and pricing mechanics within their own ecosystem, and they also handle fulfilment and customer service on our behalf through their platform. That means the way costs are allocated, including logistics, fees and promotional support, is not directly comparable to ordering through our own website.
When customers subscribe directly with us, we manage everything in-house, from stock and shipping to customer support, which gives us more flexibility in how we look after our community, but it also means we absorb different operational costs. We always aim to price fairly across both channels while maintaining ingredient quality and UK manufacturing standards.
We’re sorry if our reply was delayed. As a small UK-based team every message is answered personally by one of us - we don’t use bots or overseas call centres. That does sometimes mean it can take a little longer during busy periods, but you will always receive a thoughtful, human response.

I enjoy having a monthly subscription…
I enjoy having a monthly subscription so I don’t run out of my gut health tablets. Delivery is always on time and super fast. I like their honesty with regard to the reasons for introducing delivery charges but also, for us with a subscription, their suggestions on how to avoid them (which I will be taking up) Since finding this gut health supplement my IBS symptoms have all but gone and I can enjoy food again.

Reduces arthritic pain and stiffness.
I’ve noticed a great reduction of pain and stiffness in both arthritic knees since starting Joint Care in February. I can walk upstairs much better without having to take one step at a time. I’m happy with the list of supplements they contain and it saves money as I used to buy some of them separately. Highly recommend.

Not very impressed with lack of communication
Have taken collavegan for 2 months not noticed any difference to hair or nails but was going to stick with it for a while … until I noticed the capsules turning red ! They have been stored in a dry place in a drawer so no water ingress … I have contacted positive science but just a standard email reply from ‘Sandra’ we value your custom etc etc . Well you’re happy to take my money and on a monthly subscription but can’t be bothered to reply to what could be a potentially faulty batch . Not v impressed. I’ve had to the throw out half a pack .

Regarding the colour change you noticed: because Collavegan is made without artificial stabilisers, colourants or preservatives, the natural ingredients can occasionally show visual changes if exposed to warmth or humidity. This does not affect the quality, safety or effectiveness of the product, but we fully understand why you would want reassurance.
I’m also sorry that it took us longer than expected to follow up personally. We acknowledge all enquiries on receipt with a standard email, and then review each one individually. As a small UK business, response times can occasionally be a little longer than we’d like, but every message is read and handled with care (no chat bots or overseas call centres).

I started taking the collagen suppliments a few months ago. My nails are much stronger and grow quickly and my skin seems better. I started with a different brand that you have to drink...that was awful and these capsules are so much better

I am ordering my third bottle of ActiFlex capsules from Positive Science People, and I’m very pleased with the results so far. I started taking them for joint health and have noticed a real improvement. My fingers are much less painful and no longer as red. The capsules have helped me significantly, and I would definitely recommend them. Delivery has also been very quick, which is an added bonus.

Positive Health Vitamin B supplement
I have found the B Vitamins have really helped my health and energy since I've been taking them. As a vegetarian, Vit B12 is essential for me and I wasn't getting enough of it. It has also helped with my anxiety and stress. Having all the Vit B's in a capsule, ensures that I'm getting the right daily amount of each. I find the Positive Health supplement gives the correct balance and amount of each B Vitamins for ensure and maintain good health.

I’ve never looked back since…
I’ve never looked back since discovering this gut health supplement. First started buying this off Amazon but realised it was cheaper and better delivery going direct, especially using their multi pack offers. Together with a high protein low carb diet these supplements have all but eradicated by IBS symptoms and I’ve got my life back. Brilliant product and service.

Great for weak nails
I have been taking these for a couple of months now and for the first time in a good few years my fingernails have grown without splitting. My hair feels thicker and my skin feels better.
