UNFAIR RETURN POLICY - AVOID ORDERING UNLESS SURE!
I bought an item for £56 FREE SHIPPING - and they said according to their return police - which of course is in another page of their website - on return they will deduct £20 from it for the shipping to and from me even if it's free ship to begin with! Another item I bought for £15 FREE SHIPPING they will deduct £10 from it so I will only get £5 refund! What a scheming way to scam people and dissuade returning! This is not how you do fair business! Disgusting!

We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with our return policy. As a small, family-run business, we strive to be as transparent as possible, and our return terms—including the deduction of shipping costs for change-of-mind returns—are clearly outlined on our website.
While we do offer free shipping on purchases in the UK, the cost of shipping is still incurred on our end. Our products are quite large and heavy, and so the shipping costs are in line with this. For change-of-mind returns, we deduct the actual shipping cost charged by our carriers to cover both the initial shipment and return. These costs are set by third-party couriers, not by us.
We understand that return costs can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your feedback.

Wish I’d bought it sooner!
I’m not generally inclined to write reviews but I am honestly kicking myself for not buying this sooner, and for it not being around when my kid was younger! We’ve used it for a kids cinema night, providing a seat for all the kids. He jumps about on it while watching gladiators. He practices forward rolls on it. He builds dens with it. He sits at his little drawing table on it. He plays the floor is lava with the cushions. The years we spent arranging sofa cushions into forts and making blanket tents that fell down immediately are done! Hooray for the possum play couch! It genuinely seems to be the thing that’s been missing from our lives, as cliche as that sounds.
PLUS it wipes clean and the covers are easy to wash.

Worth every penny
We purchased a Possum Play couch for our 1 year old after comparing the many different brands available online.
The quality is incredible, it gets used daily in our house and still looks and feels the same as it did on day one. Easy to clean and very versatile. Would 100% purchase again! Well worth the investment.

Initially nervous to order but love it
I was initially nervous to order this product, so I wanted to take the time to write a review.
The play couch is fab. I was nervous about its durability, the quality of the fabric, how comfy the foam would be, the strength of the zips, how easy it would be to reassemble it after washing, how well the cover would wash etc. etc. and let me tell you this thing is excellent. I’ve had it through the wash ten times, coffee, blood the lot and it comes up like new.
The kids love it and it’s great for play. But it also has so many practical uses. It can make two beds for kids sleepovers. I slept on it next to my baby’s cot when she was sick.
Yes delivery can be slow, but I found it was made clear on the website and any changes were communicated.

The best couch ever for my 2 boys
The best couch ever for my 2 boys, 2 and 5. Not only is it a couch and a bed for them it's been a den, car, cafe, obstacle course, stage and so much more. The most played thing in their play room! I have also washed the covers and it cleans well. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

I would have given Zero stars if it would let me. I have placed an order over a month ago and yet I keep receiving excuse after excuse. Customer service is diabolical. I just wish I never purchased in the first place. I have never dealt with any company that is so bad. I want my full refund. A disappointment and a total waste of time.

You purchased your play couch on September 25th while the items were on pre-sale, with shipping set to begin on October 15th. This was communicated both on our website and in your confirmation email. On October 15th we communicated that dispatch would occur within 2-5 business days due to a number of backorders, meaning by October 22nd. On October 21st, after receiving your messages, we provided further updates and confirmed that your order would ship before the end of the week.
We understand you decided to cancel your order, and as per your request, we processed a full refund promptly. We're sorry that this situation was not able to be resolved to your satisfaction, we did our best to address concerns as swiftly as possible and communicate clearly throughout. We're sorry that this caused any disappointment.

So versatile
Truly amazing!
My 4 year old has endless fun making different things and being safe.
Great to help him regulate by getting him to build what he'd like and lift tbe large pieces.
The play sofa is massive as a warning! We've needed to keep half downstairs and half upstairs so it means he has 2 armchairs to build with.
We've recently had a newborn and the play sofa has been a soft playmat and even a bed for my husband to sleep on

We adore our possum play couch!
We’ve been undecided about making the investment and spent months drooling over the colour options. So glad we finally decided to buy one. There was a summer sale and we made a speedy decision.
Our hopes beforehand were:
- our two year old would get lots of fun out of it
-they’d be a pretty addition to our living room (we don’t have a play room so they were to replace a sofa bed in our living room)
- it would be an easy place to breastfeed
- kids could nap on them
- they’d be an option for grownups sleeping on if we needed a spare bed
So far they’ve superseded all expectations & hopes (the only one we hadn’t tried out is grown ups napping on it). We love it!

Fast delivery and pretty colour but disappointed with the base pieces. They are definitely not as thick as the pictures online. Pictures online are much thicker that what you receive.

Versatile and fun!
Our kids have played with the Possum Play since it came out of the box. They love coming up with different ways of putting the pieces together and are having great fun with it. Adults have had to sleep on it too and it worked out really well for that.

Absolutely love this product!
So many play couches on the market but so glad i went with possum play. The quality is great, it came super quickly, i love the water proof covers just for the extra protection from my 18month old clumsy spill. It has been used daily by everyone in the house hold! My favourite part was when my 5year old nephew was over and he and my 18mths old whrre playing and building a fort together! Kept them entertained for over an hour!! Love Love Love

Hours of entertainment for little and…
Hours of entertainment for little and big ones. So glad I came across the Possum Play couch. Very impressed with the quality of the foam and the washable covers. My little one is just learning to walk so it's been great setting up the pieces for him to climb on. I also arrange it into a couch to sit on while he plays independently (very comfy!).
Love that there are endless configurations, I can see my little one using it for years to come.

Perfect experience, no delays and superior product
There were reports on delayed shipping based on other feedback. However we received the desired colour and all the items within 2 business days, much sooner than we had anticipated.
The product is of high quality.
My kid vomited on the couch and much to my surprise, after a few wipes it all came off. Slight discolour which came off very easily after a wash in the washing machine and the cover dries very quickly.
The packaging of the product was done very well and honestly, my kid watching the foam expand was an eye opener.

The quality of the couches are very good. The variation of colours are nice to choose from especially in Australia the colourful ones are hard to find. Postage was quick and easy to set up. Would buy from again.
