I bought this couch for the toy room as i dont have much space. The fact that it can be functional as a couch and then also a toy at the same time ticks all the boxes for me

We bought this for our grandson - best purchase ever! He loves it - as do his parents!

(We have now purchased add ons - wonderful imaginations create ships and trucks and even a quiet space for reading).

Best investment I've made. We use it every day as an energy burner for my now 3 year old. He loves the different set ups I make for him. It's mostly used as a crash mat to leap from and onto. Can't wait until my 7 month old joins him in his play.

Miss 4 loves her possum play couch. This is used by her everyday in some capacity. It’s even been used a few time as a bed for her when needed. It actually took some convincing to get her back into her actual bed. I will even use Is as a foot rest once miss 4 has gone to bed. Love it and I wish I purchased it sooner!

My kids are so happy with their Possum Play Couch. We had the older kid's 6th birthday party last weekend and all his friends loved it too!

Couch came quickly and compactly packaged. Opened and inflated slowly as expected. After a day or two it looked lovely. It has been played with daily every day since, by my 5 year old daughter who is quite experimental with how she uses them and and a heavy handed 8 year old autistic boy who likes to use it as a sofa, bed or crash pad! It's been moved from bedroom to front room multiple times (by the kids). We have had a couple of accidents so had to wash the covers, followed the instructions and they cleaned up beautifully. It's not easy to put the covers back on but it's manageable just takes longer than I originally anticipated! We are amazingly happy with our purchase! Super versatile, has been played with every day and I have even used it to have a sleepover with the kids! It is well made, durable, aesthetically pleasing, easy to spot clean and clean. Has been used by a 5, 8, 14 and 16 year old regularly (my youngest too habe insisted that their older brothers join in some of their play couch games)! Would highly recommend and if I had the space I would buy another one, but until our Summer house is built the one will have to do!!

Such a great couch and addition to our home, the quality and colour is gorgeous and such a hard wearing fabric. It’s has given the family hours of entertainment! Would definitely recommend!

Have ordered 2 play couches through them. The first one - excellent, no complaints in the product or customer service (they were helpful and told me when to expect a sale!)
The second play couch - came with marks. However, they were quick to respond, suggested cleaning techniques and when that failed they sent me a new set of replacement covers.

I would have knocked one star just because it arrived with marks - but received excellent customer service!

Ordered during Black Friday sales as a Christmas present, 2 weeks after we ordered they were still advertising that you could order in time for Christmas. The closer to Christmas it got it I was concerned how long it was taking and that we might not receive in time so I followed up with them and all I got back was a link to the tracking which I already had and could see.
I emailed them letting them know we wouldn’t have ordered had we known it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas and if it didn’t arrive in time would like a full refund, which they responded saying we’d have to pay for the shipping.
We didn’t receive in time for Christmas and emailed our disappointment and the response was we are going on holidays now we’ll respond to you on the 9th.
We emailed again saying we have contacted our credit card company and will be contacting ACCC and they made up an excuse saying it was delayed because of floods in WA, which there has been no flooding in WA.
Overall very poor customer service and still has not been resolved to our satisfaction.
Also very interesting that they only have 5 star reviews on their website and I can’t see anywhere to leave a review on their website.

Upon changing my mind about the colour I chose, I contacted Possum Play Couch within the return period to process my return. I had to reply to them SIX times over a number of days before they finally accepted that I really did want to return my item. I had already ordered a new couch from them and really needed the funds back in my account. It took a further 19 emails before the couch was finally collected. I originally paid £390 for this couch, with armrests. They returned £292.50 to my account, stating that they deduct £70 for returns??? In that case I was owed £320. Although, I am happy to pay for the delivery of my return, a MAJOR concern is that they actually charge also for the original delivery cost which was free at the time of purchase. Most companies build delivery costs into their price, and at £390, I would say that this is true for Possum Play Couch. DO NOT waste your hard earned money on this greedy company. There are other brands of Play Couches which I'm sure are just as good. I am currently awaiting a reply from the company regarding my money owed so I will update when received. I will also give an honest review of the quality of the product when opened on Christmas eve.

Cushion cover arrived broken. Reached out to the company who were helpful at first but have since stated they don't have the stock at the moment. I asked for a partial refund or an exchange to which they responded poorly. Really poor customer service

Update: the cushion cover arrived after around a month, I reviewed it on their website and they replied saying "sorry it took a few days" which is an outright lie! Wouldn't trust the people running this business.

I'm sure the sofa will be fine but I'd emailed to ask if I could exchange the sofa for a different colour. Original unopened. Received a fairly sharp "the easiest way to do this" email is to return the item and pay us £70. No other option suggested. This makes the item pretty much unreturnable for most people and I felt a bit unfair. It's foam?!
Be careful on your colour choice and don't expect kindness or pragmatism from customer service. You probably have to pay for colour swatches too.

UPDATE: I have just had an email from Possum reconsidering their position and am now receiving a partial discount which I am happy with so I have reviewed my rating.

Really disappointed with this company’s lack of honesty. I emailed days before Black Friday asking if there would be any offers only to be told no, and they recommended that I buy immediately at full price. Days later, they apply a discount for Black Friday. Refused to entertain refunding me the difference, and also demanding £40 to return the item. Beware; this kind of lack of honesty is indicative of a company that is money grabbing and disingenuous. Not one that I want to spend my hard earned cash with.

Top quality. Looks super stylish. My daughter uses it for camping in the lounge room to public transport to the swimming pool. It turns into anything and everything. Hours of entertainment!

The couch is great! My daughter loves it.
The customer service was also fantastic. Quick delivery, and one piece had a small section coming apart at the seam of the zip and it was replaced straight away.
