Very negative experience.

Very negative experience.

I placed an order with a correct and complete delivery address, confirmed at checkout. The delivery failed due to a courier error, yet the seller provided no support and did not respond to my messages.

It is unacceptable to have to chase customer service without any reply. The issue was not caused by me, but no solution has been offered (neither reshipment nor refund).

Poor reliability and non-existent customer service.

Not recommended.

⛔️ This company is a disaster!

I ordered a framed picture, but all I received was a poster.

Okay, these things happen, but their customer service is terrible, and I haven't received a response to my complaint for days! 🤬
I write to them every day, but I get NO RESPONSE! 😡

I’m curious to see if I’ll have to involve my credit card company now, or if Poster Mansion will come up with a solution after all.

Real is better than the exemple on the site.

This website is a complete scam!!!
I paid over €180 more than three weeks ago and never received my order. They claim the package was shipped and try to blame DHL, but in reality, they make no genuine effort to resolve the issue.

This is clearly a fraudulent operation — you will neither receive your order nor get your money back.

There is absolutely no customer service: they do not respond to emails or messages on social media.

Avoid at all costs.

No way to contact them!!!

Ordered more than one week ago and the order has not been shipped yet.
Wrote them an email, no response. Wrote them on Instagram and no response.
I guess I have been scammed...

Definitely NOT recommended!!

Fake review My order did arrive

My order did arrive, but it took almost one month, which was much longer than expected.

During this time I tried several times to contact the shop by email, but unfortunately I did not receive any response.

I would also like to mention something for other customers: in the review email, when I click 1 star it redirects me to a contact form, and only when clicking 4 stars or higher I am able to leave a public review on Trustpilot. This makes the review process feel modified and not fully transparent.

The product itself is fine, but delivery time, communication, and transparency could be improved.

I placed Order #21072 on January 6th

I placed Order #21072 on January 6th. After 9 days with no updates, I sent an email asking about the status of my order, which was never answered.
Later, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, with the following tracking number: JVGL06397335001276247451, which does not work and appears to be invalid.

Since then, I have tried repeatedly to contact you:

No response to emails

No response on Instagram

No response through any other channel

The complete lack of communication, combined with a non-functional tracking number, is unacceptable and extremely concerning. At this point, it strongly suggests that this is not a legitimate operation.

As I have neither received my order nor any reliable information, I am requesting a full refund immediately.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a chargeback through my payment provider and submit formal complaints to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

The poster arrived damaged

The shipping took a long time. And when the poster finally arrived it was damaged and badly wrinkled, which was not surprising given the poor packaging. The packaging offered no real protection, and as a result the poster was unusable upon arrival and had to be discarded immediately.

I have contacted Poster Mansion twice by email to request that the invoice be withdrawn, but I have yet to receive any response. The lack of customer support after delivering a damaged product is unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

Bad quality

to long for shipping (more than 3 weeks).
Print quality was bad and I expected a print on a professionell photo paper instead normal cheap paper.

In the past I ordered from Riviera Maison who had beautiful framed black and white pictures. This is exactly that quality.
