I bought a jaws poster signed 2023 November....
One i recieved it open it look good,still emailed them and they said 💯 real.
So I put it away until 4 days agofir framing...the guy said to me get it proper authentic in the uk...as the frame would cost 200£
So he gave me a one of the best authentication men around garry king
Specialist in signature uk.
And guess what it is a fake
He told to ask for the pic of all 4 sighning it or was ther a third representative from Beckett, JSA ect
So I did,they send me a reply,
Your 90 days refund policy has expired, but we stand by our products.....please guys and girls get them authenticated by a specialist trust me ther fake.

Had the audacity to say that we have 3rd party partners who get them for them....

Notice they didn't acknowledge Becketts JSA ect just ther own in-house jargon!
Also the certificate is also shady no address also the previous company ran by the same people rubber stamping fakes....
Michael Freeman on the certificate dosnt exist....it got one company name her name is Elizabeth rothchild.! Can't find anything on them aswell as the certificate has no address.....even the site says they deal with Christies wen you put you cert number .....it's says the names on the poster but no dates and christies have never heard of them....

I just received my signed poster from Poster Memorabilia & I have to say I'm pleased with it. The condition of the poster was in great condition & the signatures are legit as I got the poster checked from an inside industry friend

Fake posters and will not respond to refund requests. Stay away!

I love my poster! From start to finish, the transaction was flawless. It took about 2 weeks to ship half way around the world (Australia to USA). Tracking number was included, so I knew exactly when it would arrive. Poster was very well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. I cant wait to order another poster.

Poster arrived in great condition, expertly packaged, and exactly as described online.

Husband was super happy with the signed memorabilia i ordered from this website. Very professional and trustworthtly.

Customer service is non-existent. My package did not arrive until nearly two weeks after ordering. While the package was lost, the company refused to answer any of my messages. There is no customer service phone number anywhere online. The company’s phone number on the shop app directs you to a French limousine company. Additionally, there is no way to verify the true authenticity of the memorabilia. Do not buy from this company.

This company’s response is a shameless attempt to capture more business. Unfortunately, they spend more time monitoring reviews to expose their sham “customer service” than actually dealing with customer complaints and issues re tracking.

Update: this company attempted to report this review as defamatory content to remove it from Trust Pilot. Buyer beware!

Collectors should be aware of what I discovered after ordering from Poster Memorabilia. Though they claim to use PSA, Beckett, or Authentifiedai for authentication, my order came only with Authentifiedai certificates. The posters didn’t look right, so I looked into the authenticator. Their Dubai address can’t be verified, but public business records, WHOIS Internet records, show Authentifiedai is registered in Melbourne — the same place Poster Memorabilia operates from. Quite the coincidence for an “independent” authentication service.​ The website registration details can be verified with any domain registration lookup. (I tried to attach a screenshot of the domain registration for Authentifiedai​, but Trust Pilot will not let me add an attachment.) This experience felt far from transparent, and I cannot recommend this company.

Due to how deceptive this setup appeared, I filed formal reports with the FTC, FBI IC3, and the Australian Federal Police. In my opinion, collectors should stay far away from this company.

RESPONSE: Why was the domain updated on 12/10/25, as soon as the review was left - EVEN MORE SUSPICIOUS.

I’ve lost track of how many posters I’ve gotten from the PM team. It is always perfect quality, clear signatures, the best customer service, the best shipping. There is nothing they don’t do well, consistently. If I could rate them an 11 out of 10, I would!

Received my poster exactly as advertised! Perfect condition and certificate of authenticity!
In my opinion the pricing was a great value!

EDIT: I decided to edit my review since my real complain is with the authentication company. The customer service from poster memorabilia has been pretty good and based on research they seem to rely on the authentication companies to provide them with authentic items. That being said, I still believe that they need to choose real verified companies to authenticate things they are selling. It looks like they have removed the Stranger Things posters from their website as I assume they realized they are not authentic, which is good by them. They told me my poster was authenticated so I went ahead and purchased, well the company that did the authentication was called authentified ai. Well I have been collecting a long time and am close with all the local memorabilia and card stores and no one has heard of this company. They say they use PSA and Beckett but not this poster. I sent it in to Beckett and all of the signatures on the poster failed authentication. I asked them to return which they obliged. I wish they listed which items were actually authenticated by legit companies.

The quality of the product was fantastic and the delivery was updated frequently to best inform me of when the product would arrive. I can’t recommend enough
