Reviews concerning, experience great

I was a bit worried when I read some of the reviews after I'd purchased my two posters - on second thoughts I probably should've checked them beforehand. A lot of reviewers said that they had experienced things like low print-quality, damage to posters, cheap paper, and long delivery time, however I experienced none of that. My two posters were amazing quality and got to me 2 days before the predicted time. They did come rolled up, so they had quite a bit of a curve in them, however I managed to flatten them out using some heavy books. Great experience - would definitely recommend.

I can’t believe they have the nerve to…

I can’t believe they have the nerve to charge what they do. I purchased two basic frames and they were on the higher end for just being thin wood frames with no texture or design. When I got them i was surprised that it was not even glass in the frame but a cheap thin plexiglass and one if the corners was damaged. The cheap frames at Michael’s are better quality for much less money.

Large items are improperly packaged - major damage on delivery

I won't give 1 star because smaller items arrived quickly and undamaged, and customer service was responsive and quick to refund me. However, I tried twice to order a 28" x 39" canvas print, and in both cases, the canvases arrived so damaged that they were unusable. This seems to be due to 2 factors: 1 - the framing over which the canvas is stretched is flimsy at best, made from thin pieces of unfinished and very soft wood, and 2 - the packaging. Both large canvases came essentially wrapped in a single layer of cardboard, which was also the packing material. There were "FRAGILE" stickers on both (just 1), and apparently, UPS viewed that as an opportunity to see just how much damage could be done prior to delivery. There were 8-10 small airbags in with both shipments, but they did nothing to secure the canvas, cushion it, or protect it from being bent and/or broken. The first shipment had minor damage to the frame in one corner and along the top edge. Although I could glue the frame back together at the site of the break, the entire thing had been irreparably bent, so the canvas would not hang flush on the wall. The second shipment was much, much worse. The frame had completely broken in two in 2 or 3 places, so much so that when I removed it from the packaging, a piece of the framing had actually been jostled to the front of the plastic bag the canvas was in. It was destroyed, and the canvas was ripped as a result. While I understand the carrier is largely to blame, when I reported the first problem to Posterstore, I specifically indicated that not enough protective packaging had been included, yet the second canvas (which I purchased to replace the first) was packaged in an identical manner.

I was extremely disappointed with my…

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I had a custom print, a large one that cost a lot of money. The crop came out wrong and I don't know where the error came, did it not save my crop, did they crop it wrong, I am not sure. I went back to them and showed them how they cropped the photo wrong and it was not usable. I expressed how upset I was after the amount of money I spent on this and asked for a new one cropped right. They literally told me no that is your fault, here is a small coupon for your next purchase. I said there would not be a next purchase and they didn't even care. I will not be coming back here, get better customer service.

Amazing quality print, but colors off

The shipping took about a week and the quality of the poster paper is exceptional. However, the colors of the poster received were very different than what was depicted online. Mostly dark browns and tans. No grey or light blue hues in the water. I will not be able to use the poster after all because the colors don’t match the room and furniture. Because the shipping and quality are good, I still give three stars for that aspect.

Beautiful posters, good quality

Very happy with the artwork selection and overall experience. The prices were reasonable and I ended up ordering two pieces and a frame. I love the multiple options for framing. My pieces arrived quickly and well-packaged, and they look great hanging in my entryway!
