DO NOT USE. I did not receive my packages, I paid $175 for two small packages that I purchased from Amazon for ($125) to be delivered to Ukraine. They sent me a link to US post office. The link says every day attempted delivery. I am retired and I stayed home for a week. No delivery, no notification by phone, or in the mail box. I sent two emails and I get automated response we will contact you in 24 hours. No one contacted me. Do not use very expensive, unreliable and unresponsive to customer service

Highly recommend!

At first was skeptical because of bad reviews but honestly it went very well they communicated with me whenever I had questions and got my package to me very quickly and at good cost considering I live in hawaii so I highly recommend!

No problems for me

It worked great for me. I first had trouble because I wanted a custom design mug that required a US billing adress, but that was provided by this company which solved some problems. After finally placing the order it was no problem sending it home to Sweden

customer service is at its' best with whatsapp

My Amazon packages arrived very soon after the order to the Beachwood adress, on the first of July I received messages and photos of the content, everything fine so far.
When trying to get my parcels sent to my homeadress I noticed that the adress in the system was completely incorrect. I tried to change it , update it, add a new adress, nothing worked.
I have been unsuccessfully trying to contact the company by phone (no answer or faulty number, depending on which number you dial), and by mail but all I received was an unuseful note that does not bring about any advancement in the issue. The turn-to mail adress that was given in the answer that I received does not exist. So what could I do more? I really do not like to write negative feed-back, and according to what I read about the company they are recommendable. But I see no way to get in touch with them to resolve the issue. I would be very happy to receive advice. Today I found another adress in one of the answers to negative reviews on trustpilot and sent a request for help to this admin mail adress. Hopefully this one will lead to a solution....
Update: One hour after this review was posted I was contacted by the company by mail as well as by whatsapp. The suggested actions advanced the process (part of the packages are in the consolidation process now) but still the problem with the invalid adress hasn't been resolved. I tried to send a single package - and got caught in the same old trap. "Adress can't be found"- so the problem is ongoing.
Further update:
PostfromUS has made more efforts and this time it was successful!!! The communication went through Whatsapp, I was able to send screenshots and a videoclip of the issue I had. The staff took over in my case In addition to that I received a huge discount in shipping fees as a compensation for the frustration I experienced - thank you PostfromUS!
The package is on its' way.
Will update as soon as the packackage arrived!
Update: All of the ordered items arrived safely and in good condition! Thank you PostfromUs, without you I wouldn't have been able to receice them!! I upgrade my experience to full points since you worked hard to turn my experience around as you promised!

Easy experience, customer service, even a video with instructions. Lots of shipping partners. Usps,FedEx,ups dhl,among others. Try it you will be thankful you find it. PostFromUS The only real option.

They blocked my account after I paid…

They blocked my account after I paid for the shipment and didn’t send my package. Customer support is virtually nonexistent. It can only be called a scam from the service side. Terrible, beware.

UPD:

They're still holding my package and have no intention of sending it anywhere.

Absolutely delighted with my discovery…

Absolutely delighted with my discovery of this company! I had looked at various companies to ship US items to the UK. A bit of a minefield as so many offering services such as this and I went with this company with a little caution as they had so few reviews, but they seemed the most straightforward, with no hidden fees and nicest/smoothest website to use.
I ordered 3 sweaters from a US store and shipped to my PO Box address given by PostFromUs. They annoyingly sent in 2 shipments with different arrival times. MyPostUs sent me updates of when my items arrived with photos. They offered a consolidation service and they repackaged as small as possible and sent to me (and filled out the customs forms accordingly so I didn’t need to do anything apart from pay my invoice!). I chose the cheapest delivery option via USPS, as I was in no rush. There was immediate and consistent updates and tracking for my parcel and delivery time was accurate (10days). I received my parcel via Royalmail and had no fees/duties to pay either which was surprising! They also packed me 2 chocolate bars and gave 10% off my invoice as was my first order with them.

I am excited to be able to shop in the US from boutique shops that don’t offer international shipping and reassured my items got here safe and well packaged in a timely manner.

Highly recommend!!

I would have liked to give a 5* but their shipping rates are way too high-sometimes i buy something from the U.S.A.that only cost me 25/30$ and the shipping cost to the UK is in excess of 120$ or more!...of course,with prices like this they mail you out quickly;shame i had to stop using them for the reason above,apart from that,if you can shell out the exorbitant shipping costs,it's a good mailing service.
