Opt for something serious, not this one
1. Refund policy is not clear.
2. Customer service is awful, they intentionally skip harder questions.
3. Video posts often fail to publish.
Edit: It's been one month since I cancelled my subscription and I got a confirmation of cancellation from Post Planner and they STILL charged my card today. So awful, so unprofessional, so frustrating. Currently waiting for how they handle the refund request.

Simple to manage multiple social media accounts!
Still new to Post Planner, its overall easy to learn with the tutorial videos, support is great! It is a time-saver making it super simple to manage multiple social media accounts!
Great product, better customer care
There was a pretty serious problem when I started, but the team's customer service was top-notch. They worked hard to find a solution, and even cut a chunk off my price to apologize. Excellent, and the way it should be.
The product itself is excellent. Not just for scheduling posts, but with a lot of bells and whistles that help you come up with posts to save time when inspiration is short.

I've been using this service for years and have been very satisfied. I load up posts for Facebook a week or two in advance and never have to worry about them showing up. Finding content to post is a breeze inside the app--my followers love the content. Customer service has been very attentive and quick. Highly recommend PostPlanner.com.
Post Planner is not worth the money or…
Post Planner is not worth the money or time. Their support is terrible. You are only able to send a chat which will not be answered for hours or days. When they do answer their answer is not for the problem you are having. They refer you to articles they have written on subject that do not address the problem.

I can't fault their customer service
I can't fault their customer service. Somehow I've applied the promo code on the wrong checkout page which did not grant me any discount. Josh has helped me enormously and offered even a better plan for what I've already paid for. Exciting times ahead!
Great app & customer service
I tried a couple of other apps but I do really like this one. It's fairly easy to use. I had a glitch today and Josh helped me get it taken care of perfectly. Great customer service! Definitely recommend.

Very easy transition to the new app, clear explanation going forward regarding Instagram, Talked about upgrading due to business growth...Josh was fantastic, handled it beautifully, and I'm set into July 2022.
