You guys did fine
You guys printed and shipped in a timely matter. Only 4 stars because the replacement banner didn't fit the frame perfectly (I had to cut holes for the support pole).

Sara Swiger could not have been more helpful and easy to work with! I had no idea what to do about the design of the table cover we wanted but she made the process easy and we got a great final product. We plan on buying an X Frame in the future and will certainly use Postup because of how easy she made it to get what we really wanted.

33x80” Premium Banner Stands
I needed to get 3 large banner stands produced quickly for a major trade show. Approved the online proof within 2 hours and stands sent to me by FedX. They are very easy to assemble and takes only 1-2 minutes!

Overall I had a good experience
Overall I had a good experience. I loved the chat service you have because I could ask anything at any time. The only aspect I would recommend to improve is communication after the digital proof. I never received a tracking number (i had to ask for it) and never received invoices( also had to ask for them).

You asked when I needed it but failed…
You asked when I needed it but failed to mention it would not be here in time until after the fact. Then it was a day later than the shipping showed it should be. Then no instructions on how to replace panels or any adhesive strips or anything whatsoever for the new panels. Next time I will use the local printing company.
