A real scam shop. Do not buy from these fraudsters.
I ordered Noctua NV-PS1 power supply and received nothing neither the money back nor power supply nothing came. It is impossible to reach them by phone, and they don’t reply to emails either.
Stay away from these bastards.

Did not deliver on time. No refund after agreement to cancel. Almoust a month after purchase.

Do not buy from these liars this is a real scam. I ordered 21.11.25 dog food. At first, they even gave me an Omniva tracking number which was only registered but never actually shipped. They also lied that the parcel was handed over to Omniva courier 27.11.25 but it wasn’t, and then they disappeared. It is impossible to reach them by phone, and they don’t reply to emails either. I didn’t check the reviews about them before buying, only read them afterward. I already called to my bank. Wait more few days and call to police!

So after a 4 day delay I did finally get the item. The store is real and functional, but I will say that they DEFINITELY need to improve the communication and delivery speeds.

I ordered the goods on October 20. I received many explanations why the goods were late. Then I wrote many requests for a refund. The money was returned on November 19. I buy a lot online and this is one of the worst online stores.

Shipment took longer then expected, but overall i am pleased with the service.

Ordered on Oct 2nd, was supposed to receive package on Oct 9th. Got no package, contacted seller and was told there were issues with their provider, and that the delivery might take a bit longer. They kept using the same excuse for a month, and later just gave up and promised a refund. After the agreed upon 5 business days passed, I received no money back, but the seller said they indeed refunded the amount. They promised to check with their accounting team, but from that point on they never responded back to me.

No package, no refund, no communication.

Don't order from them if you can help it. If not, contact your bank to reverse the charges and file a complaint with your local consumer rights branch. This business has to be taken down.

Update: after initiating a chargeback with my bank, they finally decided to respond to my emails, but instead of taking any accountability, they lied that the refund procedure was taking longer than expected because of the initiated chargeback. Yep, the refund that was already late by 12 business days, was hindered by the chargeback request made 2 days ago. Make it make sense. (you can't)

Ordered on 9-27, had to receive item on 10-02. Fake promisses, lies, no refund. Emails are beeing ignored. Seems like scam company, avoid!

I ordered a soundbar (67371-1324) on August 27th which never got shipped, so I asked for a refund over a month ago, and to this day (October 24th), I got nothing.

Complete scam.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. My order was supposed to arrive between October 7 and 8, but today is October 21, and I still haven’t received anything.

You keep making empty promises and providing false updates. I wrote to you in the online chat and waited over 4 hours — no reply at all. Emails also go unanswered for days, and every time I manage to get a response, you just keep promising “tomorrow” with no real action.

No one answers the phone — I was on hold for 20 minutes with no response. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

Where is my order? Where is my compensation for the wasted time and missed delivery deadlines? You are ignoring your customers, avoiding responsibility, and constantly lying.

I will be filing a formal complaint and leaving negative reviews everywhere so that other customers know how unreliable you are. I have screenshots, call recordings, and proof from the post office showing that you repeatedly postponed the delivery without any notice.

You have completely lost my trust.
