An absolute shambles!
Between mixed messages from customer services, a missing order and the option of a replacement order with parts missing it was an absolute shambles.
Needless to say we opted for a full refund which they made us wait for, of course. We ordered elsewhere and everything arrived in a matter of days.

They allowed me to pay for a part
They allowed me to pay for a part, when it didnt arrive within a week i had to ring them to find out they were out of stock, no communication about this, then was told might be in stock in 3 weeks maybe longer. Really poor service i feel but as the only Hyundai parts place i feel i am stuck and will have to wait

Everything was fine apart from the tracking of delivery which was split in two batches. Everything got delivered but tracking still shows that it is still waiting to be dispatched. Tracking is hopeless.
