I recently tried to use Powercity’s “no fuss” price match on their website and had a very disappointing experience. I sent them a competitor deal along with the discount code and a screenshot clearly showing the discounted price applied at checkout. Despite this, I was told they won’t honour this price. This restriction is not mentioned anywhere in their stated price match policy, which makes the “no fuss” claim feel misleading and a waste of time for customers. I would strongly recommend that Powercity update their policy wording so people know upfront what will and will not be honoured. Based on this experience, I won’t be relying on their price match promise again and hope other customers are aware before going through the same frustration. This review is based on my genuine experience with Powercity’s online customer service.

Great team of lads showed up to deliver and install 2 items, 2 guys and an apprentice, all of which were very professional. The guys went above and beyond not only causing minimal disruption but even fixing an unrelated cabinet door they noticed had gone off center. Very friendly and cleaned up after themselves well too making sure to get all the small pieces of polystyrene that had broken off the packaging. Highly recommend this great team!!
