Only delivered one out of 5 items i ordered and when i complained they replied after a week saying its now out of policy time and we cannot do anything. I basically bought 1 tshirt for price of 5 .

Powerlook robs money they don’t return money my 3.2k money they have not returned yet there’s no customer service not Instagram replies u will be fooled if u buy from here instead but in snitch vastrado like sites they have best service my stupidity was powerlook

They are such scam people, i got two pieces different colors same model same size the black one had bigger sleeve circumference weird fitting and the white one was just fine but the white one was a but transparent so the underlying material showed through not as the picture which showed no transparency. The material quality was shit too, i saw that they do return which was important however i went to do the return for these trash products, Rs100 return fees i should have ordered from myntra or amazon or somewhere, in pursuit of getting it early i made a BIG MISTAKE ORDERING FROM THEIR WEBSITE AND ORDERING FROM THEM

How can two same pieces different colors have manufacturing defects different sleeve circumference weirdly fitting, i wish i could upload a screenshot.

Not even 1 start they deserve.
I have ordered set of shirts from their App and the fabric quality is very poor. Hence I returned those. The worst part is customer service. They literally took 23 days to refund that too after I had been called customer care multiple times. And we will not get full refund money , in that they will deduct 100 rupees. Worst . Don’t purchase anything from this scammers

I got the wrong product with the wrong consignee name.
Delivery guy told my parents they have attached the wrong slip but the order is mine & now they are not returning the product.
Plus powerlook updated their profile with the wrong product information.

Please be very Careful. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I have recently placed an order on their website. I had an issue with one of the product and tried to raise a return request for the same which I couldn't because the return option is greyed out.

I reached out to their support via email and one of their representative explained the situation that the product is on "SALE CATEGORY" and the return option is not acceptable. However, when I actually placed the order the same item wasn't shown anywhere on "SALE CATEGORY".

I wish I could've attached the screenshot. Anyone can refer to the above link and review the return/exhange policy for this product. It says it's return/exchange available for 7 days but the support team refuses the same.

Also, I raised a returned request for the below product.

They gave me 2 options -- A. Refund Back to Source. B. To their own Wallet.

Now, when you select the option A -- they show that they will deduct INR 100 to return your money to rthe souch such as Debit or Credit Card etc.

And when you select the option B -- they will not deduct anything cause the money remains in their wallet so I'll have to make another purchase. (It's a strategy which I understand and I'm fine with it).

They should be "TRANSPARENT" with their customers. Allow people to exchange the product with another product. Be customer centric!!
