No problems ordered my part received my part used my part everything went fine excellent

I'd purchased one of these alternators for myself in the past, I thought it was a good deal and looked nice. A friend wanted one that I purchased a couple weeks ago. I was recieved quickly, but the appearance of it is much nicer than mine.

A good product for the money. I had to change one of the connectors and the two bolts but otherwise everything worked great.

I gave this a 3 star rating because there were problems trying to initially order the part. I worked through a second person who was able to resolve that issue and get the part ordered.

On the plus side, the part arrive quickly.

The downside was that the part did not fit correctly. The snowblower has indentations where the tabs on the starter engine show align to be bolted to the snowblower. It was only after many tries to get the starter engine attached (which I was finally able to do) that I notice that the tabs on the starter engine were off by about an 1/8 of an inch to the left. I did not want to unscrew it again in case I crossed threaded the bolts, but had I realized why it was not aligning, I would have filed down the tabs so they did line up.

Good Service I had received the wrong part and when I talked to them about it they quickly helped me find the correct part and sent a return slip very quickly.

I ordered a starter for my m farmall and could not believe how fast i had it. and was well built. Very happy with my order.

Wrong part and I don’t have any information on returning the item. I don’t have a number to call with the packaging. Should of went Amazon.

Customer service was very helpful ensuring I received the correct part my year and model bike.

The service was great but I'm not happy that what I purchased is made in China!!!!!!!

Starter works great and was very easy to change out for the old one.

Would have been nice to get some stickers.
