Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a part for my husbands tractor on October31. We received it on November 5. It was the wrong part. I tried to call and get a RMH and label to return it. I didn’t get an answer for a week. I kept trying and finally got in touch with them on Nov. 9. They emailed me a label and instructions. I ordered the correct part the same day. We should receive the new part on November 13. I don’t know why I could not reach the company for a week, but am very pleased that I did not have to pay shipping on anything.

Good Product.
Before I ordered my part, I wanted to speak to a rep. When I called, they did not answer the phone so I left a message. I did not get a response back until the next day. I ordered the part any way and it arrived promptly to my door and in perfect condition.
