Pure oplichting en misleiding!
Telefonisch benaderd voor gratis producten.
Belde namens ESSENT.
Daarna per mail een opdracht ontvangen voor een thuisbatterij van €19.000!!!
Per mail contract per direct opgezegd
Totaal niet in de gaten gehad dat dit een gesprek was voor een opdracht.
TRAP ER NIET IN,

Werden telefonisch benaderd voor "gratis" thuisbatterij, ze zeiden dat ze samenwerken met Budget Energie. Moest gelijk offerte accorderen wat ik niet wilde. Probeerde later terug te bellen op het nummer, bleek niet in gebruik. Budget Energie gebeld, die gaven aan niet samen te werken met PS.

We werden gebeld op 27 okt
1 dag voor onze vakantie , ik kreeg gezegd echt nergens aan vast te zetten , afspraak gemaakt zodat iemand langs kon komen , deze man kwam alleen maar om een financiering vast te leggen, van 18.000
We werden geflest waar we bij zaten .
We hebben nu alles via mail geannuleerd en hoop dan ook dat het daarbij blijft. Dus mensen laat jullie niet misleiden aan de telefoon !

Ook ik werd telefonisch benaderd.
Medewerker zij dat zij samenwerken met Engie.
Batterij was gratis. Achteraf contract pas kunnen lezen €18000 ging de batterij kosten.
Heb via mail de hele boel geannuleerd.

Ik ben telefonisch benaderd door “Power Solutions” met een aanbod voor een thuisbatterij. Het contract bevatte alleen een bedrag, geen KvK- of BTW-nummer en geen voorwaarden.
De verkoper wekte de indruk vanuit Delta te bellen, wat misleidend was.
Toen ik kritische vragen stelde en wilde annuleren, werd ik binnen 10 minuten 20 keer gebeld (waarvan 11 keer anoniem).
Ik heb de overeenkomst schriftelijk geannuleerd en bevestigd gekregen.
Waarschuwing: geen transparant bedrijf, agressieve verkoopmethodes. totaal over de hele avond 26 x gebeld!
⚠️ Waarschuwing: telefonische verkoop in Nederland
In oktober 2025 ben ik in Nederland telefonisch benaderd door “Power Solutions” voor een thuisbatterij (A20). De verkoper deed zich voor als partner van Delta, maar er stonden géén KvK- of BTW-gegevens op de overeenkomst. Er werd gevraagd naar inkomen en BKR, en na mijn weigering werd ik ruim 20 keer teruggebeld, ook met anonieme nummers. Ik heb direct geannuleerd.

Let op: de reviews die hier staan lijken te gaan over een Brits elektriciensbedrijf. Mijn ervaring gaat over telefonische verkoop in Nederland, waarschijnlijk een andere partij die de naam “Power Solutions” gebruikt. Wees voorzichtig en controleer altijd met wie u zaken doet.

A friend recommended them to me. From initial communication through information gathering, installation and after sales checks the whole experience was efficient, friendly and very satisfactory.
The project involved installing a EV charging point outside my property, connecting to the main Fuse Board plus applying for the appropriate grant which they factored into my quote.
I was warned that they could incur some additional costs but they didn’t materialise.
Highly recommended.
