Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Items not delivered. No answers from email, phone calls or the WhatsApp facility. Have had to go through my bank to attempt to recover a refund. AVOID AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!

I was kept informed throughout the ordering and delivery process.
The 250 g sizes of my product was not available, so they sent me extra packages of the 150 g sizes.

Great customer service
I placed an order, bit a few days later received a phone call to say the item was out of stock when I ordered.
I.was then offered a full refund and a bottle of an alternative make free of charge.
Great service, only problem being the bottle was broken in transit. Not very well packaged and in a jiffy bag not a box to protect the contents.
No matter I would still buy from them and recommend them.

Excellent customer service
The wrong item was sent out, which was disappointing, but I honestly can't fault the customer service. I will try again with another purchase soon!

Too expensive!
Misleading information. Did not get what we were expecting. The price of items far higher than elsewhere. Would not buy from here again.

Quick to respond and honest.
I ordered something from this company for 24 hour delivery. One item was out of stock and I was contacted immediately. When I explained the urgency, I was told that I was past the deadline for next day delivery and offered a refund or delivery after the weekend. I took the refund. Whilst I didn't complete a purchase, this company were so quick to inform and so honest that I gave them 4 starts and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
