I have been using the service since July 2022. The pricing is pretty good and everything is good in general but when it comes to communicating to the support everything turns really bad.
In particular I had 2 occasions when I had to communicate and each time it was awful.

First case took place around half a year ago when my servers were shut down without any prior notice. Only when I spoke to the support it turned out that they needed to verify some documents from me and decided to shut down my servers just in case. Really?

Second case happened now when I tried to get New Year discount which is advertised on their own website. When I tried to do so it didn't apply. The support told me that they couldn't help and the only way to apply it is to register a new account.

I have a great exp. of using VPS service of pq.hosting

The online purchase and activation was very quick and smooth. I am new to VPS, choosed a wrong VPS location for my service. 2 days later, I created a support ticket in member's portal, request to change VPS location. They replied very fast, and activated the new VPS for me immediately! I am very surprised of their efficiency! I actually purchased another VPS serice before PQ.
