Ross has a great depth of first aid knowledge which he enthusiastically shares during the course. Topics covered give good breath and depth needed for two days outdoor first aid course.

Ross was definitely very knowledgeable in his field. He was so friendly that made us all feel totally relaxed during the FA course. He also ensured that we clearly understood what he was delivering in the class. My favourite and the most fun part was learning to resuscitate the casaulty in an outdoor environment. It was actually one of the most beneficial & essential life skills I've ever learned in my life. Therefore, without a doubt, I have no hesitation in recommending Ross to anyone who is interested in learning the First Aid Course.

Really engaging and interesting first aid course! I enjoyed the practical elements of the course especially as it was carried out within the snow sports environment which I will be working and being able to make use of the many teaching aids provided to practise CPR and bandaging etc. Ross was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I really enjoyed the course!

The most enjoyable part of the course was definitely the on snow part as this is directly applicable to working in snow sports so this gave me loads of confidence should I face a first aid incident.

Great course with Ross. He's super knowledgeable, with great delivery and takes the time to ensure your understanding of anything that you might be unsure of. A good listener also, taking interest in exploring a different take you may have on a certain area. Excellent trainer.
