Can’t recommend this business enough! Bought from them a few times and everything is amazing! Customer service was brilliant and so helpful in keeping me updated on my order. Will definitely buying from Praelia again!

One of their brand ambassadors was caught out insulting disabled children on their Instagram page which promotes Praeliauk, the comments were made under an image of a young boy in a wheelchair. Praeliauk was promptly notified by various people in the comment section, they were even tagged, but no answer. They were then left a comment on their Instagram page, and again, no answer. They instead chose to delete all comments and ignore everything, they then continued working with the team member that insults disabled children online. All very sad and disappointing, awful customer service to delete and not even acknowledge the issue the customer brought up. I would rather buy from one of the many, many other inclusive brands out there and not a company that covers up blatant discrimination and ableism. What kind of company allows it’s ambassadors to get away with that type of behaviour?!?!

This small business clothing brand will go far. The products are fantastic quality, there was even a hand written thank you note in the parcel. Lovely touch.
