I recently bought a car from this dealership and had a really positive experience from start to finish. I dealt with Mat, who was friendly, professional and easy to communicate with throughout.
As I was buying remotely, I had quite a few questions and requests for extra information, and Mat was always quick to respond and happy to help. He made the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring.
The car was delivered as agreed and matched the description, which was important to me given I hadn’t viewed it in person.
Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I’d definitely recommend and would be happy to use them again in future.

Great company to deal with
I love to write about a great experience which we have had selling our car to PM precious metals.
Chris came to examine the car which even if I am biased was in superb condition for its nearly 6 years.
A price had been agreed and without hesitation that was the price we received after a full examination.
Chris sorted everything while he was with us, including wiping our info from the in car systems and declaring the vehicle sold online to DVLA.
Payment was made instantly before the transfer was made and the car driven away. What a great guy and company to deal with and I would happily go to them in the future for purchase or sales.
The whole experience was easy and enjoyable.

From walking on to the forecourt to driving off it in our new Jaguar XE we knew we had chosen the right place. Mat and Chris made the whole experience of buying the car really easy, you don't get the hard sell or feel pressured in to anything just honest help and knowledgeable advice.
The hardest part of buying a car from here is choosing which car to buy as all the cars are so well presented. We would defiantly recommend a visit here if you want something that bit nicer than your average garage.
This is a business that does go above and beyond to look after their customers, well done I'm sure we will be doing business again in the future.

Fabulous business
Buying my Mercedes GLC from Precious Metal was an absolute pleasure! Chris and Mat were fantastic — not only professional and knowledgeable but also great fun to deal with. The friendly banter made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable, which is rare when buying a car (my previous experiences with other used car dealers had been quite poor)
They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and gave me a good trade-in value on my old car. I drove away feeling genuinely looked after. I would like to start by thanking the owners of Precious Metal for the passion they clearly put into their work and for the outstanding way they treat their customers.
Mat and Chris kindly waited for me on a Saturday, as I had around a 40-mile journey to view a car I had seen on their website. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a very warm and friendly welcome. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, and I never felt any pressure to rush into making a decision.
Their approach is truly professional, honest, and customer-focused. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I also really appreciated the ongoing communication after the purchase, whenever I had additional questions about the car.

Chris was extremely helpful. From the initial phone call to picking up my new car the whole process felt simple and stress free. Within 10 minutes of first meeting and he’d shown me the car I was interested in and inspected my previous car for a p/ex valuation without any hassle. Both Chris and Matt were very friendly and welcoming, clearly brilliant at what they do without needing to add any pushy sales pitch you would usually encounter and a mainstream dealership. Car Dealers don't always have a good reputation but my experience with Precious Metals has been excellent. The cars are extremely well represented and Chris was friendly and helpful. I purchased a car and have been pleased with my very pleased with my purchase.

The whole experience from start to finish was A class. I dealt with Mat, who answered every query I had. He was so friendly, yet professional. All aspects of buying a used car were just seamless with Precious Metal Limited, from test drives, taxing, warranty, payment, spending time with me to explain how the car and all its 'gadgets' work.

A Very Happy Punter
