Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you remain disappointed and that the issue with the flies is still ongoing, as we fully appreciate how frustrating and unpleasant this must be.
Our intention throughout was to investigate the drainage system and treat the areas identified during attendance. Based on the findings at the time, works were recommended and carried out to address the pipework defects and suspected source. However, with drain fly issues, there can sometimes be more than one contributing source, particularly where access is limited or where pipework may continue beneath floors or into areas that cannot be fully inspected without further investigation.
We would never want any customer to feel that their concerns have been dismissed. Any guarantee provided applies to the remedial drainage works completed, and we are happy to review the matter further with you to confirm exactly what was carried out, what was guaranteed, and what further investigation may be required.

Thank you very much for your very prompt and efficient service - We must give a very special mention to thank Josh, who surveyed and cleaned our drains with always a smile. He is a great representative of your services and ask you to thank him from the Phillips's. Your price of £1,065 + VAT for say three hours work does seem to be very expensive, but it seems to be the going cost for drain surveying and cleaning a house like ours. All we hope now is that those dreaded drain flies have finally vacated our home. We also have to say that we have spent virtually £2K on pest controller visits and enzyme solutions (some from the USA) to no effect at all. So, we now wish we had come to you first, instead of (hopefully) last!!

Cleared blockage in 2 pipes & fixed cracked underground pipes
They found 2 blockages in my property pipes which if left could have caused a lot of damage. They cleared both blockages quickly and repaired cracks in the underground pipes.
Ethan who came to do the job over 2 days was very polite, explained everything and showed me the cctv pictures of the cracks and again after the work had been done.
Very tidy work and you wouldn't know he'd ever been. He went over and above expectations as he fixed a pipe under the sink which I'd taken apart in an attempt to clear the blockage.
