Once ordered , I was kept informed of when the item was packed and posted. The post office was a day late in delivering the item, but what do you expect from royal mail.

Good service
I ordered a set of wheel bolts, but one of them was different from the others. When I asked customer support about it they told me that it's just as good as the rest, but a slightly different design. It was a very minor difference, but for peace of mind I wanted a fully matching set and they kindly sent me 1 bolt to match the rest. In overall, everything went fine and fairly quick. I would use them again in the future.

Unresponsive to requests for support post purchase.
I have attempted to contact Precision regarding the fitment of the components that I have purchased but they have not responded. I ordered the correct parts according to their website but they do not fit. I would avoid using this company directly and go through a third party selling platform then you might get some support. But I doubt you will get any assistance. I will not be suggesting this company to anyone and will not be buying from them again.
