Not bad to be fair
Super fast delivery very impressed, parts as described. Only reason for a 4 star is because they didn't even bother to reply to my email when i wanted help. I brought the wrong set and wanted to return it and swap for another and they didn't even bother to get back to me. Even if its not possible a reply still would of been better than being ignored - i couldn't wait around as i needed it urgently so just ordered again.
Other than that everything else was okay both times.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I bought a set of PCD adapters. There are NO instructions or crucially NO torque settings for the bolts which secure the adapters to the vehicle which is safety critical. I had to do my own research. The mechanic I went to used an air impact tool and couldn't reach adequate torque without the bolts rounding off. More bolts were sent out after contacting Precision auto who told me an impact tool should not be used (instructions would've helped here!) I still could not reach the desired torque without the bolts still rounding off when using manual tools. It also transpired that the replacement bolts I was sent were the wrong thread for the adapters I had and because of this I stripped the thread in the adapter making it useless and therefore I only have 3 for my vehicle. When I contacted them again I was told I would need to purchase another even though this was a result of their incompetence. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

However, we acknowledge the need for clearer instructions and torque specifications to facilitate a smoother installation process for those who may not possess the required expertise.
Regarding the use of impact tools, we advise against their use due to the risk of over-tightening and potential damage to the adapters. We will review our communications to ensure this guidance is more prominently emphasized.
