This company is a scam!!!!
This company is a scam. Stay away!!!! Now mind you these people contacted me and after speaking with a lady (won’t name names) who seemed like she cared and wanted to help me, I was all in. After collecting all the information she needed I thought we were good to. Well I was wrong. I called her back after about 2 weeks of me not hearing from her or anyone else from the company because of course I now have these billers calling me because I’ve now missed monthly payments. It’s already stressful not being able to pay your bills but to have debt collectors constantly calling you is even more stressing. I reached out to them several times. Left detailed messages and emails, but no one would call me back. So now my payments are past due and I owe them more money now than I started out owing them. After not being able to speak with anyone for weeks I started making my payments again. Someone finally picked up the phone to tell me that the lady who had helped me was sick and wasn’t available. I cancelled with them that day. So now I’m left paying the minimum payments I couldn’t afford plus late fees and there response to me was that they were sorry. So if you are thinking about consolidating your bills please don’t go through this company because you will be paying for a lot more than just the minimum monthly payments. And they even had the nerve to charge me $29 on top of that.
