Great product
Installed in the Caribbean where everyone has a cistern that collects rainwater. Everyone drinks bottled water. This system filters out everything harmful

Great aluminum filter housing/filter for home
I bought an aluminum filter housing with a good overall filter for the home. I worked with my plumber who was able to install it with copper pipes and it looks really sturdy with good flow rate (used 1.5" openings). I like that their filters have enough material to replace yearly. I expect this will last decades.
My only critique is that it is not always easy to contact by phone, but the chat option seems to work well.

Very easy to order...
Very easy to order- received it very quickly. And, we love the product! The new filter is very easy to put in. The system does an excellent job making our well water safe, and it tastes great!

Very helpful company
Very helpful company. I first started using them years ago when I couldn't a filter to help my well water. I had sediment that other filters weren't stopping.
I called the company. The customer service person listened to my problem and said what I needed. I bought it, installed it, and it was like night and day. I've never had a problem since.
I continue to buy my filters through Premiere.
