The whole process was straight forward and went very smoothly. Thanks to Freddie for allocating tickets suitable for my reduced mobility partner. Comfortable padded seats with a clear view of the whole pitch, easily accessible as just a short walk from the lounge, the buffet food in the Shankly Lounge was good and plentiful, the service and staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of seats and tables available.

I was absolutely delighted with my experience with Première Events for a concert in London. My seat was excellent, with a great view of the stage, and I was able to fully enjoy the show. The customer service was also very helpful, friendly, and responsive whenever I had a question or request. I’m extremely satisfied and would happily book through Première Events again!

Good friendly help. Only criticism Id have is should have been told the tickets selected would be right in the sun all afternoon - the heat was unbearable, and we had to move.

I purchased two Court 1 Debenture tickets for Wimbledon's first round to celebrate a wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful day. The purchase process was easy, and Premier Events communicated well about what to expect and where to go. We hope to go again in the future and would use Premier Events.

Booked very late to see BTS at Tottenham. Phoned and spoke to James on my coffee break so was a bit rushed. When the confirmation email came through I'd got mixed up and booked the wrong package. I emailed back and James was incredibly helpful, we spoke a couple of times on the phone and he gave me time to consider which package I wanted and offered to refund the difference if necessary. I chose the less expensive option of a premium suite and he processed the order straight away, and even reassured me when I sent another email when I started panicking! He couldn't have been more accommodating.
The suite was absolutely perfect! An air conditioned retreat from the heat, and the seats in the stadium just in front of the suite were superb with a fantastic view! Absolutely recommend
